Huge Jimmy John's fan and always will be. However, I think the Freaky Fast part is now false advertising. I'm not sure what's happened, but they seem to be consistently slower than usual lately.
I recommend ordering about 10min ahead on the app if you're in a hurry.

Drive thru on 6/16 at 6:45. Things were moving so slow I thought one person was working. When we pulled up to window we saw five people inside. Nobody was working, just talking to each other and moving so slow it looked like they were buried in quick sand. This location is a joke.

Came to a JJ's for the first time in a decade, cuz I thought it'd be quick. Pretty dang slow. When I worked at a JJ's, we had sixteen seconds to make a sandwich, no hyperbole. Our boss would do random checks with a stopwatch, and we were always under.

We ordered from jimmy johns and was greeted at by the delivery driver..we paid online but was told by the driver it was an amount still due .. He could not explain the amount.. we called the store .. they could not explain the amount.. they called the manager who said they think it could be that something wasn’t covered.. because they could not explain the amount I asked then to remove the 4 dollar charge.. the bill was 26 dollars.. the manager still did not want to release the food . The wanted to work something out with the driver.. literally the worst service ever… terrible .. over 4 dollars that you couldn’t even explain.. I’ll never use this Jimmy Johns again..

I was called by the Manager and the error was explained..it was an issue with their new sandwich .They we’re very nice and offered compensation..

I’ve been getting the #9 Italian nightclub for years now and it never disappoints. In the past few years, I can only think of one occasion where the service itself was subpar.

VERY YUMMYYYYY!! I would definitely recommend this one because they have a drive thru too. Their workers are always so kind. I work in the area so this is a favorite spot of mine to go to on the regular

Great location and the staff was knowledgeable and helped me find a sandwich to fit my one's hand weird taste. Dairy Queen and my order of three sandwiches was done in 2 minutes. I am so grateful that the other location was closed on the Concord Parkway

I went through the Drive-thru for the first time last evening. I felt a little bad because I really didn't know all the things that I should have communicated at the order speaker. But the guys, at window and line, were so accommodating to my questions and desires for my order. They were awesome!!!
I wish all establishments had employees as great as they are!
