Food was OK, albeit a bit bland. They forgot my rice and wasn't worth the trip back to get it. if you order Curbside NOTE that doesn't mean they will bring it to the curbside as i have waited for a while before and ended up having to go to their locked door and knock till someone comes up. Better options around the area.

The food isn’t the problem, it’s great. The service however makes the experience of ordering from this location an absolute nightmare. Every single time I order more than one item, guarantee something will be missing, spice level is incorrect, or they completely forgot to take my order in the first place and will have you wait another 30 minutes with no form of compensation. Absolutely rude customer service and again, it’s worth restating that your order will almost always never be made on the time that it says it’s ready for pickup.

Ordered food on a Friday evening thinking it will be fresh. But the biryani was really bad (it was just reheated in a microwave) and it was not tasty. Not sure when they prepared it. This restaurant also has really bad management and customer service. I ordered for a pick up on a Friday evening, I understand Friday’s are busy, but that is how restaurants should run and manage on busy days and people working in the reception have no clue, every time I call them, I get a different answer saying we did not receive any order and other times they say it’s gonna take more time. The food quality is a JOKE!! All new customers, please be cautious when you are ordering on weekdays. The food quality is bad on weekends, imagine how old and stale food these folks sell on weekdays. I’ve got no hope that the restaurant is gonna get any better. No wonder everyone is giving them either a 1 star or wish to give a 0 if there was an option.

I ordered dinner at around 8 pm on Friday i.e. January 29, 2020, from their website. It was a pick-up order with pick up time as 8: 15 pm. I was there at 8:10 pm to pick up the food. Waited there till 9:10 pm for my food to get ready and prepared. At 9:10 pm, their staff comes to me that we do not have anything available from whatever you have ordered. I asked to cancel the order and process a refund. Their manager told me that I will remember and process the refund. I have been calling them from the past 4 days to remind them about the refund but I have not got any refund yet. Also, Some of the staff members say that we have talked to the manager and he will initiate the refund now. Today, a staff member said our manager has not visited the restaurant for last 2 days. According to me, there is always a manager or a substitute to a manager in a restaurant. I even wrote them an email right after leaving the restaurant on January 29, 2021, so that they won't forget about the same. But nothing worked out. Pathetic Experience.... Worst Mangement..... Unhygienic...... I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone..

DO NOT make last minute orders! Amazing food, but pretty bad pick up times. They take around 1.5 hours to make the food irrespective of the time of the day. Order at least 2 hours ind advance to get your order. I wished the communication were at least accurate. They asked me to be there in 2 mins and made me wait 28 minutes after getting there. The quality and taste make up for extra long pick up times.
