Papa Razzi Concord

t was quite busy. I am glad we made the reservation over call. The complimentary bread they serve is super delicious. We ordered Bruschetta, four cheese pizza, pasta, virgin mojito and a draft beer. Prices are reasonable apart from virgin mojito. $9 for virgin mojito is expensive. Food was great. Service was quick. Staff was polite and quick to respond. Everything was so perfect about this place. Great experience. Highly recommended. Kudos to the team!

We stopped in after going to our granddaughter’s soccer game. The vibe is nice with pleasant music and delicious food. Jennifer took care of us and we instantly felt like old friends. This combo, welcoming vibes, yummy food, friendly and fun staff make for a good restaurant. I also love the risotto and Sicilian sangria! We’ll be back.

Placed look awesome! Went to try it for the first time with some co workers. Host was nice and we were seated immediately. Unfortunately, that’s where the good ends. We proceeded to sit in the dining room which was pretty much completely empty for 20 min without being approached by anyone. We walked out and left disappointed.

We had pizzas and a burger for lunch. The drinks menu was good and worthwhile, the food less so. The burger was rather bland and thicker than expected, but the fries were very good. The ketchup is spicy which is unexpected but pretty good. The Funghi Pizza had very good cheese and mushrooms, it is also just a lot oilier than expected . The Margarita pizza had a lot less cheese than expected. The basil on it was tasty, but overall the pizza didn't have very much of a taste other than mild sourness. The crust was very well done on all pizzas. Hostess was lovely and seated us outside when one of our party members forgot a mask, the server felt very rushed. Pizza photos attached.

In a party of 5 dining while there was absolutely no crowd my table sat for 15+ minutes without so much as speaking to a server. The manager and other server acknowledged our table sitting from a distance and still never said a word to us. Not water, drinks, or anything. I'd love to say how the food was but I can't because we walked out after how rude the experience was. I'll be telling everyone to avoid this place, unacceptable treatment.

They used to be very careful with food allergies. Today, we ordered online for takeout as we usually do, and diligently indicated that it was a gluten allergy (there is a clear way to do this online, which is one of the reasons we order here). Got home to discover that there were croutons on the caesar salad. If I hadn't ordered here before and known that they do not put croutons on the salads for gluten free orders, I may have assumed the croutons were gluten free and could have gotten very sick. Unfortunately, it just takes one experience like this to result in me never ordering from a place again.
