Tgi Fridays

This place is horrible. There is no customer service. I recently celebrated my nieces birthday and from beginning to end there was an issue. Two of the meals we ordered had hair in them. My drink is supposed to come with a shaker and when I started to pour my drink into my glass I had liquid splash on my shirt and on the table I sent it back with the waitress. Her response was "all of our shakers are broken". A few of us didn't have silverware. A song came on that was insulting from the beginning to the end in every way but my last straw was when I heard God in the song. I asked my waitress to please turn it off and when she couldn't I asked her to get a manager. He never came after several requests. The restaurant at the most had 5 tables occupied, After 30 minutes and no manager I paid my bill and went home. Contacting corporate was an absolute mistake. These were her responses; there is a shortage of silver ware but we did order some, a lot of the shakers are broken and totally dismissed my drink spilling on me. She stated that Apple is responsible for the offensive music played in their establishment. in reference to the hair in the food she responded that you did get it. She then asked me if I wanted the store manager to call me? Why when he ignored me for 30 minutes., The total of the bill was 240.00 and the representative informed me I was getting a 50.00 gift card and usually it only 20. I guess that is the part when I was supposed to be grateful. asked her why would I want it if I am never going back.? Not sure if the gift card was sent.

My daughter took me out for Mother's Day to TGI Fridays at Concord Mills Mall in Concord NC. Service was extremely slow and restaurant was not busy at all. The waitress brought out our receipt for $39.12... my daughter paid that along with a $7 tip on her cash app card. The waitress came back and told us that we were only approved for $45.72. Of course, because the bill was $39.12. The waitress took the bill, went back (not a word from her) and came out and said that the first bill was for seat 2. So she brought out the total bill which was $72.69. So without tip we owed a balance of $26.97. My daughter transferred money onto the cash app card and instead of them charging $26.97 they charged $34, however, that $34 got canceled because somebody supposedly hit cancel on the machine. Now a young man came back to our table to explain this, telling us they're looking for another $34 because the first $34 was canceled and we have not received credit for it yet. I asked him why it was $34 and not $26.97. He realized on top of all this we were charged that wrong amount of $34. So my daughter transferred more money onto the card and this time they charged us the right amount of $26.97. He told us that a waitress should have asked for help for cash app payment and because she didn't, this got very screwed up and messy. On top of all this when she was explaining the correct receipt to us, she ordered me the same meal that my daughter ordered and that is not what I ordered nor what I got. My daughter ordered the Cajun shrimp and chicken without peppers. I ordered chicken and broccoli alfredo but instead of tortellini I wanted regular pasta. So the waitress took it upon herself to give me the same dish as my daughter with the peppers , that I do not like and had to pick out, and no broccoli with chicken only, no shrimp.... So I got charged for a dish I did not have. Needless to say on Mother's Day we did not have a very good experience and the waitress lost her tip.... We will not be visiting a TGI Fridays again. This experience was horrible. We were there for a long time and even longer trying to figure all this out that we just wanted to get out of there and I didn't even bother getting my dish fixed or anything. We are extremely disappointed and upset.

The food wasn't bad but definitely wasn't a meal I would choose to eat again. We got the chicken parm pasta and ribs. The ribs were over done and the pasta had a finger nail in it and tasted watery. The mozzarella sticks and mash potatoes were good though. We also got no silverware and when we asked it took over 10 minutes for it to come. We ordered two drinks from the bar and they didn't come until after we started our meal.

Jada, our waitress, was superior. She made something good out of a bad experience. We told the hostess we wanted a table. She took us to a booth and told us there were no tables. While we were trying to squeeze into the booth, Jada came and said there were tables and she would take care of us at one. She was a delightful person and changed our mood immediately. Just that one act of kindness.
