Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have always loved chipotle’s food but this specific location is overdoing it with the skimpyness of the food. I asked for mixed greens and got a few leaves on top of my bowl. If u ask for a little bit more they wanna charge you a lot. Don’t go to this location to eat, they will have you starving. I don’t blame the employees because they are taught that way but the owner needs to know if you want to draw in more customers leaving satisfied, full, and happy you need to feed your customers.

I ordered a Pollo asado burrito. It came poorly wrapped and had guac and sour cream that I cannot eat. I am unable to get someone on the phone to correct the order. I am unable to drive back out there to get another burrito. This is not the first nor second time at this location, which is why I'm leaving 2 stars with a complaint.

One of the worst chipotle stores. Every time they are sold out of chicken and other items. They still charge full price for menu with half the items. People are worst in the store and they are rude with customers. Next time please close the store when you are out of items and don't cheat customers by charging full price. This one store is spoiling the reputation of chipotle and the franchise need to improve the quality of this store or shut this down.

Literally the worst chipotle I have ever been to Its normally my favorite place to go I visit them allover the east cost from Ohio to Florida. Any other one fills my bowl and I'm never able to finish it... Well not today that's for sure it's more like a half bowl. I read the reviews and it's obvious that the be owner don't even care because its a reoccurrence. Should just shut it down.

The customer service was amazing but this was availability of food was ridiculous, the first Chipotle I went to had no rice or beans but still took my online order/money. I had to go to that one, the northlake location to find out. This Concord Mills location was very friendly but taking online orders only. The website was working after a few tries and but took a 2nd order from me on there for the wrong location so I gave up....WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

It's Saturday July 2nd 2022 and approximately 7 pm my family i went there for dinner before a movie.. had to find a parking and walking with a newley knee replacement .. inside ready to order to then understood that online order only.. sad.. on a Saturday evening really!!! They did had it on the door of it being online only which I didn't see because everyone have all different types of information on their doors.. the door was open so I thought we could walk in and just order. Please if you can't serve the public with the doors being opened you should consider locking your doors and update your website of being closed to the public.. I don't understand why they couldn't take our orders since we were there..
