Loved everything about this place. We came in the evening on a Saturday and it was nearly empty, so I was skeptical. We got seated quickly. Ordered the meatball app. The sauce was thick and flavorful and topped with cheese. The meatballs had a italian flavor and homemade texture. The bread with it was too hard for my enjoyment but loved all other components of the dish. I ordered the mahi. Just perfect! Seasoned well. Cooked perfectly. Veggies had a crunch. Carrots were a little sweet. Spinach sauce was great. Rice was perfectly cooked. Would easily come back and order those 2 dishes. He really enjoyed the duck mole as well. Mole was waaayyyy too rich for me but I also dont have anything to compare it to. The fried ice-cream wasnt soft like most others. Not sure how its prepared but id say it needed to be thawed a little more to avoid the shaved ice texture. And the batter seemed to have a bit of shaved coconut. Comes with chocolate syrup, but we didnt want it.

We order our food on the menu, there’s no prize so we looked up online the prize and it’s not what they charged us when we got the check. The guacamole I got was 13.99 and it was a small cup but online it’s 7.99 that’s the right prize compare to the size of cup they gave it to us. And the food is not what I expected 🥴👎🏻 They over charged the food but it’s not worth it!

The food was nice and the service was European style, unrushed and accurate. The menu was basic family style Mexican cuisine that was tasty. They do not serve fast food, so if you're in a hurry, you should probably tell them on arrival or maybe go elsewhere. The cocktails were tasty, generous in size but not overdosed with alcohol, just right. The staff was very polite and the restrooms were tidy. I was there for paint night, so there were quite a few guests to serve, but it went quite well. A singer-guitarist setup in the main dining area and played pop and jazz standards at a nice volume for diners wanting to converse or listen. Well moderated. Also nice!

Hello all Bay Area!! I want to let everyone if you visit this restaurant BE VERY CAREFUL with what you said and who you go with. This employee and ownership don’t have privacy policy for their customers. Mr.. Kevin and Mr Reyes will Pay close attention to your conversation to go out there and tell your coworkers or family members. Everything you do and what your conversation was. So unprofessional. I submitted a claim with contra costa Bussines board. Soon this people will know that is illegal Exposing customer conversation. 😡😡😡😡😡

This is not authentic mexican food! It was less than mediocre. I could go on and on about the food and the drinks being subpar. All I can say is, I will not return. I'll let you make your own decision. Also, I should have known this place wasn't too hot by the lack of patrons dining on a friday at 9p.
