Michelle is a very nice bartender! She always makes us feel welcomed and speaks when we come in. She knows what we always get to drink. Finally some good customer service! Thanks for your awesomeness!

Quite surprised by the taste and quality of the food. Steak was made to request, fries were fried perfectly...with a nice crunch. Wings were much larger than anticipated. Service was exceptional. Honestly, I thought it would be equal to Hooters - but it was much better.

Steak was good. Potatoes cold and lumpy. Fries for appetizer was good. Service bad. Waited 15 minutes before waitress came over. Took our drink order. I ordered two drinks she thought it was both of ours i guess she didnt ask my friend what he wanted. I got a salad it was so spicy with i dont know of what but i couldnt eat it. His bacon on his burger was very spicy. Girls standing around talking to each othet not with customers. We werent impressed.

Browyne was truly an angel! She made sure I was good, and took care of me very well. I never had to wonder where she was or ask her for another round of drinks! Thank You for taking care of me! I will be looking for you again 😊

Today we went to Twin Peaks Concord NC. Easily the worst visit yet, we have been there a few times before. Service Was good food was good, but the manager blew it. I think her name was Faye,she will never be my favorite.We asked if the window next to our table could be opened. Then a cavalcade of excuses started. it was too hot, it was getting ready to rain. It was cooler than the last time we were there and it still hasn't rained today. I thought the goal was customer satisfaction and a great dining experience. Well leave it up to Faye to make the whole thing a way less than pleasing visit. This visit was on Sunday June 26 around 2pm. We waited for the other diners to leave before we made our request, we did not want to disturb anyone else. Did I mention it was cooler than our last visit with a breeze out side, it was a cloudy day so where was all this heat she was talking about. She should focus on making the visit memorable for customers. I think the straw that broke it was Quote its my choice not yours.I wish I knew when she is working again, that day we might try Hooters.

The beer is certainly ice cold and plenty of choices to choose from. They were plenty busy tonight and still turned out great service. My pulled pork sandwich and Mac and cheese were delicious. My brother had boneless chicken wings and fries and was happy.

The beers are always cold here, as cold as you can get it without been frozen. Great waitresses and the menu has a lot of options for different tastes. They have specials going on during the week and weekend as well.

It was Olivia's 3rd day and she did an outstanding job and gave us phenomenal customer service! True hospitality at its best. We fly back here frequently and will make this Twin Peaks our go to! Had the Steak salad medium rare and it was perfect. The others in my party also enjoyed their juicy Burgers and salads as well. Again, kudos and good luck to Olivia!
