Subway

I was going to stop coming to this location but decided to give them one more try. They have a new black lady working with locks in her hair. She was really nice and opened the door when my son and I left and she made probably the best sandwich I have ever had here. I get the wrap sandwiches and most of the other people that have made it for me in the past it turns out a disappointment because they don’t know how to fold it or either they don’t care if they put too much mayonnaise etc. So, whoever this new lady is I HOPE SHE STAYS!! If she stays I will keep coming back. She was also very nice and courteous to us. This was the first time I have ever been treated this nice at this location. And the sandwich she made was perfect! I’m begging the manager to please try to keep the good people. There was too much turn around in this store this past summer. Update: All the good people end up leaving. They have a nice Hispanic lady that knows EXACTLY how to fold a wrap and the manager had a problem with me asking if I could wait for her to make my sandwich. Lately I’ve been ordering an all veggie wrap and even though I offered to pay extra to have 4 more tomato slices on my sandwich (I only got veggies on it) the manager didn’t want to put them on there saying that she has to follow her “formula”. I only wanted a few more tomatoes and she refused saying she has a formula. I kept insisting that I would pay more. Then she said she wouldn’t be able to fold the wrap, so I asked her if the other lady who always makes my sandwich when I come in could make it for me because she ALWAYS folds it just fine and she argued with me until I pleaded and insisted that the other lady make my sandwich as usual. I was having a very good day until I encountered the manager here. All of that over a sandwich. I think she was insulted because I asked if the other lady could make my sandwich because she folds the wrap right EVERY time. The manager doesn’t know how to fold a wrap, the stuff falls out of the sandwich whenever she makes it. But this encounter made no sense. I will go to another store from now on. Because this location also has started a lot of rules that go against what all the other subways are doing. Like they don’t participate in the ads and coupons like most other Restaurants. She actually argued with me because I wanted the other lady to make my sandwich. I mean, I’m the one spending my money and eating the sandwich. This isn’t the elementary school cafeteria.

Just witnessed an argument between a female customer and the female employee there. The customer got a bowl with toppings she apparently didn't order. She asked for it to be remade. SIMPLE TASK. Employee couldn't do it. Instead after 2 and a half full minutes of trying to justify "Thats what you'll get", she takes the bowl back to hand pick out whatever it was the customer didn't order and worked on the bowl from there. I'm insulted FOR this customer and I'm so sorry she had to go through that.

I just paid over $10 for a bowl of practically nothing and a fountain drink. And she just laid two pieces of provolone cheese on top. If you're not going to fill the bowl or chop the cheese, just STOP SERVING SALADS ALTOGETHER. Because this salad is NOT worth it. I could've had a sit down meal with a server and tipped for what I paid for this travesty called a "salad".

I was happy with my service and sandwich here. The restaurant was clean and my sandwich was prepared quickly to my specification. I am not usually a fan of Subway (I think the bread just isn't what it used to be, but that's but specific to this location) but I'll probably stop here more often due to how close to home it is.

The young lady that is the new manager there is awesome. She is so friendly and has a great attitude towards her customers. Not only did she make me a great sub but also carried on a hilarious friendly conversation with me. I will definitely start going back to that subway. Looks like they got some new staff to. I recommend if you stop going from the old staff to check out the new people they awesome. Thank you subway!

Went to order my sandwich and while it was in the oven cooking the lady went ahead and took my money. She left her gloves on and then went to get my sandwich from the oven with the same gloves she took my cash with. I asked her to change her gloves and she took one off and changed it then went back to the sandwich. I asked her to wash her hands and change them both since she touched money with both hands and she said “I only touched it with one hand, but I’ll change them anyways.” She still didn’t wash her hands. I threw the sandwich away at a truck stop where I grabbed something else to eat. I filed a complaint with Subway and an hour and a half later the owner of this particular restaurant calls me directly and apologizes and asked me how he can make it right. I told him that I’d just like the sandwich remade properly and he wanted me to bring the old sandwich in “per subway return policy”. Now I’m a local truck driver and I was already across town. I explained to him that I threw it away because I’m not going to ride around with a sandwich in my truck all day and half the day tomorrow. He then called me a liar who’s just trying to get free food. DO NOT EAT HERE.
