I'm angry. I went inside and paid for some overpriced windshield fluid and $20. The guy ring me up for $10 plus the fluid. I put the fluid in my car and the pump stopped working. I went back inside and the clerk said the pump stops after 50 seconds. I've never heard of some mess like that. I have to wait 24 hours now to see if the charge actually went back to my card and the clerk didn't even offer to just reenter into the system. He acted like I was lying when I was sitting right in front.of the store. They don't even have a BBB accreditation from what I searched. Beware coming here. New management my a...

I used to hang out here as a kid afterschool Drink Jolt, eat burgers, and be a nuisance...lol and they never made us leave. I came back after being gone for 28 years and WOW! Its like time stood still some of the product changed but overall the shop was about the same! The people working must have thought I was a nut and I got permission to just hang out again for a bit it was nice. It was nostalgic as well and bless them for being still so kind. I will always love this store

The owner treats people terrible. I was yelled at and given a “can’t you read?” Comment for asking about instructions for the lottery. This is understandable if he was busy or dealing with other customers, but in this case I was the only person at the store... not acceptable

PRAVIT. She is the sweetest attendant that I have ever met. Super helpful and ALWAYS tries to accommodate the customer. I have been to many 711's and I have NEVER ever met anyone with her dedicated level of service to her customers. She should lead ALL the morons of 711, especially the ones at the corporate level. Thank you PRAVIT. I wish you the world sweetheart!
