Little Caesars

Everything was fresh and delicious! Very nostalgic flavors! We had a thin crust and the meat calzone pizza. Everything was made to order! The 5 min quoted time was more like 35 though. I'm understanding though.. With Covid I'm just happy when places are open and get my order right! I will be going back still best location in Concord! 👍🍕😋

I gotta give them 5 stars. Completely changed my mind about Little Caesars, a chain who I always at the very least respected. But now it is my go to spot, the ladies there make a very consistent peperoni pizza and go pretty light on the sauce, which is something I usually have to request. Out of the many times I go in to pick up, even on a busier day I only had to wait about 15 minutes maybe once or twice. And I don't mind, since I know it's fresh. It's a weird feeling having this much praise for such a cheap pizza lol.

Little Caesar’s but they take long to make the order. Came here multiple times because one experience isn’t good enough for me to rate an establishment however when the same issue comes up each time it drives me to give a bad review. 3 stars because I always have to wait extra long for my order. Would rate 2 stars but I’m not a mean person.

Usually I rate this 5 stars and everything is perfect being that I've been coming here for years! But this time there was a problem and the staff treated us very rudely about it, and was just rude all the way around. So the 2 stars are actually for my pizza , I thought it was ok, and usually it's great! I miss the guy who was there the manager he would never tolerate that behavior. Otherwise I would rate 5 stars and highly recommend as the Best Little Caesar's pizza around!

Let me start off by saying I messed up. I made the incorrect assumption that they offered personal-size pizzas. I ordered 6 of them over the phone, figuring, since it would be a large, unorthodox order, I'd give them time before I showed up. When I arrived, they had me pay, then placed 6 full-size pizzas in front of me. I was confused and asked about the size. They said "we only have large." Ok, so, I was wrong, they don't have those size pizzas. I'll just take three full-size pizzas instead. Immediately, the woman behind the counter says "this isn't my fault, this is your fault. We don't have any other size pizzas. Plus, you paid with card so I can't refund you." She was completely rude, unwarranted. I left with three pizzas and left the other three on the counter. They did not give me my money back for the other three.
