Dunkin'

I like Dunkins but this location is a mess. The hours they say they are open never reflect what is actually happening there which is really frustrating. Only thing I trust is their beverages because the donuts have been left there while nobody was in the mall. With only one person working there it takes a while to get your items ordered and completed. Especially when there’s multiple people that are in line. The employees usually are nice, if they weren’t I would understand how being the only person working and having to cashier and make order simultaneously could be upsetting. Overall I would just drive up the street and go to the one that has a full staffed and open when they say they are

I ask for a chicken $2 menu all they had was chicken fillet but gave it to me for $1.25. The person took my order was James L. Then the 2nd time I went to get a small coffee for $1.79 the girl Cynthia O told me we don't have small cups gave me a medium for under $2. I'm getting back $1.50 through a rebate app just $0.50 for coffee! After 2 visits from this location I recommend not to eat there unless if they have what you need. Another thing is that they step away for 5 minutes from their station not sure what they are doing

I pulled up to grab a coffee and the donut holes. We were notified that they were out of donut holes so I asked for 2 regular donuts again, no donuts?!? We got to the window and were told "okay, lets start over. What did you order again?" That is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. On the way to Krispy Kreme where they HAVE donuts and MAKE their donuts there. Will not be visiting Dunkin donuts agian.

Just nasty!!! Gave this location one more try and they fell miserably. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and found hair in my sandwich. Drove back to store, told them what happened, supposed manager credited my card, but did not apologize or anything. One worker asked if I wanted anything else I told her no it might have hair. I will never visit this place ever in life!!!! They need to shut them down!!!!
