Dickey's Barbecue Pit

I ordered a family pack with 1 lb brisket, l lb of brisket which came with rolls and 3 shareable sides (2 beans. 1 green beans), and an shareable side coleslaw. I got 2 lbs.of chicken and 3 individual size of ceaser salad. When I called to complain they said that is what I ordered on/line except I called in the order and payed over the phone. They were difficult to deal with. Will not go back again

Great selection of really tasty barbecue meats. My favorite is their brisket with the spicy sauce they offer. As far as sides go, the onion fritters are a bit salty, but delicious, and the mash potato casserole is always tasty. Only thing keeping me from 5 stars is the customer service. Sometimes they're nice, other times, not so much.

It's alright. Definitely pricey. Its more of a man cave. Lots of parking. Indoor and outdoor seating. Not usually that busy so the lines are short. However, it takes a while to get your order. Delish ribs and salads. Overall just not my kind of place. I still recommend checking it out if you like BBQ style food.

The food is mediocre cafeteria fare except for the meat which is just alright. I wouldn't waste my time The place was clean and staff was nice; there's WiFi and charging plugs and cable TV to boot. That being said there's a large portrait of Reagan, the ice cream machine was making the soft serve tinged green (manager was in the store insisting it was fine and for the staff to just refill it, staff did not want to comply to their credit).

I came to this location Wednesday evening with my wife and young son. I was excited, because being from the South, barbecue holds a very special place in my head, and stomach. But this place. Number one, several people were loitering, right outside the door. One of them I’m assuming was an employee, as he had a Dickies polo shirt on. They looked at us as we approached, and we had to walk around them in order to enter the restaurant. I will say, the place looked clean. Second, when we approached the counter, the two girl behind the counter, seemed more interested in talking with each other than helping us. When one of them did decide to “greet” us, it sounded like she had better places to be. Number three, she did not inform us that only two meats were available. I order a three meat plate, and I was informed they were out of two of those options, so picked two more, only to be told they were out of those too. Finally I asked, “What do you have?” Only to be with “Our owner is an a**hole, is why we don’t have anything ready.” At this point, I’d had enough. I politely told the young lady no thank you and we began to leave, only to be met by the loitering youth outside the front door, yet again, and once again, we had to walk around them. I just don’t think I’ll ever give this place another chance. At least not this location. The employees have a very poor attitude, not just towards the customers, but the restaurant itself. On top of that, no sense of pride or priority in the job they do. Take your money elsewhere, as this place has nothing to offer in terms of quality.
