Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is based on the last time we ate here a few years ago (we make Mexican food at home for the most part). We had eaten here twice. The first time we ordered online and they got our order wrong. They missed two menu items from the order and while we waited for them to make the items, our other food got cold. We tried the bowls the next time and I found they were a better value for the money. Previously, I had gotten three tacos and found them not very filling. With the bowl, I was able to get two meals out of it. A positive is the food tastes of a higher quality than say Taco Bell. When reheating the food, it still tastes the same. Only giving three stars since the food is pricy for "fast food" and they got our first order wrong and food was missing.

Brought my wife here for the very first time as she's never been to a Chipotle before. I was absolutely appalled and disgusted with the condition of the restaurant. There was food all over the tables. All of the floor along with wrappers everywhere. I was trying to be discreet as I took photos so I could not get all the photos I wanted. We didn't even order food as we were too grossed out by the condition of the restaurant. I can only imagine if they treat the front end of the house with this much carelessness. How do they handle the back end of the house. It must be just as gross if not worse.

I have been to this location many times since they opened. During the height of the pandemic I was willing to cut them slack given staffing shortages and their desire to keep their dining room clear. On my most recent visit most of the tables looked like they had not been cleaned for the better part of the day. Trash was overflowing from the can near the door. Most of the ingredients needed for making bowls or burritos were empty or virtually so. The time we visited was about 7:30 on a Wednesday evening so they were too far from closing to justify that absence of fixings. Not sure I will return to this location. This may put me off Chipotle entirely.

I was excited to stop in here, and got the opposite experience. Despite the fact there were four employees working, they were too busy fulfilling online orders. Including some new orders that printed out while I was standing waiting to place my order for a single burrito. Another customer came in from outside with his online order which was not correct, and they spent more time apologizing to him they did telling me that it would be just another moment. When I saw them print and start filling yet another order I walked out. I was in the place for 8 minutes with no service. Prioritize the person in front of you over the online orders!

The last nail was placed in the casket that is Chipotle Concord, NH. Nails: 1. Store was closed during lunchtime. (manpower?) 2. No steak available and the preparation area was disgusting. 3. Line barely moving because employees were filling online orders. In line over 25 minutes. Prep area needed cleaning and items refilled. 4. No spicy steak anymore which was my favorite. Sour cream looked like milk. The thing that's sad, I loved their food when done right. Too hit and miss now.

Ordered a burrito online from the chipotle app to pick up at this location for 6:30. It was 7:15 and I was still waiting while people who walked in to order at the store were in and out twice as quick. To top it all off when my order was finally ready they ran out of burrito shells and the guy put it in a bowl without giving any sort of heads up. Waited way passed my online time and did not get what I paid for. Huge Fan of Chipotle but will not be back at this location

My second visit ever and last. I can't understand why anyone would pay $10 for a bowl of cold rice with some overcooked "steak" cubes, wilted lettuce, a little grated cheese and salsa. I realize I'm in the minority evidenced by the line of people being served. Was warned that there was no ice for the drinks but purchased one anyway assuming the liquid coming from the dispenser would be cooled. My bad; it was warm.

Typical quality of food for any Chipotle. However, the dining area tables, front line counter, and back kitchen looked absolutely atrocious. Tables looked like they had not been wiped down all day, front counter had so much food on it and orders were prepped and dragged through the mess. The back kitchen had food all on the floor and prep surfaces, the grease trap on the grill was full and empty containers stacked everywhere. What put me over the edge was a stain on the sneeze guard at the counter that looked like it been attempted to be cleaned previously without success (i.e. smudged all over the panel). I would not come back to this location due to lack of cleanliness and concerns for food safety.
