Our family enjoyed our Uncle’s Surprise Birthday Party here and the atmosphere was INCREDIBLE!! The Food was never ending and superbly prepared and presented most elegantly. The best part is they offer take home meals homemade from their country style store attached to the Restaurant. The owner came out and introduced himself to us and took us personally on a tour and the cleanliness of the kitchen was beyond expectations. We will definitely enjoy coming back. We recently celebrated my son’s confirmation at TriMani. Our group of 65 people were blown away. Everything was amazing! Even the most hard to impress members of our family had nothing but positive things to say. The food was beyond words. Every dish was fresh, flavourful and beautifully plated. Robert the owner is a pleasure to work with. The chef, kitchen and wait staff were all friendly and approachable. They made our entire celebration perfection. If you are considering this restaurant for next event do not hesitate you. You will not be disappointed!! Thank you to Robert and his entire staff, you made my son’s confirmation a truly memorable day!

We hosted my daughter's Baptism at Trimani this Spring (in addition to dining there several times previously) and everything was absolutely fantastic. The food, the service, and the ambiance are wonderful. They recently completed a full scale renovation and it's beautiful! We received so many compliments from our 70+ guests on the venue and many commented that they would be returning to dine on their own. Rob was great to deal with and made many helpful recommendations. I highly recommend Trimani!

I hosted my sons communion party at Trimani this past weekend and it was OUTSTANDING! The ambience, the food and the service deserved 10 stars. I brought minimal decor as the space is absolutely gorgeous. It's modern, yet timeless. We set up one big long table and broke bread as a family to honor him. The food was delicious! Every course came out steaming. The menu that was designed for us was scrumptious. I am still dreaming about the braised short rib. Even the kids couldn't get enough of their meals. From the minute I spoke to Rob to book the event I was left feeling completely at ease. I knew we would be taken care of and have a wonderful party... And we did. I highly recommend this venue for an event or even just an adult outing. 💙❤️💙❤️

My Husband and I tried this place for the first time and it was amazing! The atmosphere was so nice with live music (the guy singing did a fantastic job, lovely voice). We ordered the calamari, mushroom ravioli and penne arrabbiata and all of the dishes were delicious!! The arrabbiata could have been spicer but it was still good. The service was outstanding! The server was very nice and the owner (i think he was the owner) made sure we were ok. Definitely will come back here! The mushroom ravioli was the best I’ve ever had!

Went for a business lunch and was not disappointed. If I blinked and held my breath, we could have been transported to Italy, with the tan Italian men in suits with silver fox hair, and vibrant conversations with hand gestures galore! There is a daily fresh sheet which is transported by strong staff on a white board around the restaurant. Only thing to make this better would be to scrap this board with sharpie markers in red, green, and black, and upgrade to an elegant moveable chalkboard. Fresh bread was generously dosed with garlic, and starter ceaser salads were perfection. I had the special seafood salad which was cold perfection - octopus, calamari, mussels and prawns in olive oil and garlic. The special pasta was also reported to be al dente deliciousness, and the lamb chops were cooked exactly as requested. 3 stars for atmosphere as the inside is 5 star, but the outside is the usual Vaughan strip mall. City planners and restaurateurs alike should team up and make the strip malls more spiffy and visually pleasing. An outside patio with plants and a water fountain would make this restaurant absolutely top notch.

My mother and I attended Trimani Ristorante for their Mother’s Day lunch special. We had an absolutely wonderful experience! The owner, Robert, is a gracious host whose presence, care and attention to detail were felt throughout our stay. The newly renovated restaurant has a lovely ambiance with chic, sophisticated decor and an unassuming elegance. The food was absolutely delicious! Only the freshest, seasonal ingredients are used to craft authentic dishes with a modern twist. The wait staff were all kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Always one step ahead to anticipate any needs we may have. Lastly, the live music was the cherry on top! The pianist is incredibly talented and kept us entertained throughout our stay. We highly recommend Trimani to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience!

This past weekend my parents hosted an engagement party for my fiancé and I. Both of our families raved about how amazing everything was! The food was fantastic, we highly recommend the lamb ragu pasta. The sauce is a must-have! The newly renovated space is beautiful and works well for hosting parties and private functions. We hired their in-house pianist for the event and he really enhanced the party atmosphere. He was very friendly and creative. The owner Rob was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back for future events!
