THE BEST SMOOTHIES I HAVE EVER HAD. I can’t wait to come back and try all the flavors. You can taste the fresh fruit in them and they don’t use the powder. They are so good!!! I wanted to try a Vietnamese place in the myrtle beach area and was recommended to try this one. Food is good and ambiance is typical for an Asian restaurant.

If you want authentic Vietnamese food this is your place! The food is DELISH! The portions are generous. The owners cook everything from scratch with fresh ingredients (No MSG), even down to making their own sauces!! The owner Oliver is a genuine soul and treats you like family the minute you walk into his restaurant. We stood a little past closing time and never felt rushed. Clean environment and outdoor seating.

Saigon Bistro gave me my first experience with Vietnamese food. I was unsure of what to order and the waitress explained everything to me. My lunch was amazing! Since my first trip last week, I have been back two more times trying different things. The coffee is amazing! The smoothies are awesome also! I tried them with boba and pearls. It was different and I enjoyed the uniqueness! The owners are very sweet and thoughtful! I’m so glad we have here in Conway and wished they had opened in Aynor! I wish them well with their business and I plan on visiting often! Organic bone broth is wonderful and super healthy! Keep up the great work!

Fantastic! We ordered lunch for the office. Everybody was thrilled with their order. We had the meatball skewers, Saigon Sub, Pho Sai Gon Bo Vien, Garlic Butter Wings, Fried Cassava and calamari. The food was delicious and fresh. There were two people in our group that had never tried Vietnamese food and now they are fans. The boba tea was refreshing and not too sugary. I went with cantaloupe which was a unique experience. It was light and flavorful. I also had a Cafe Sua after lunch and it was PERFECT! A very good strong coffee but not too acidic. Nice pick me up for the afternoon. Saigon Bistro is now on our short list for lunch spots.

Well priced. Food was good not great. The crab soup was the most dissapointing thing my wife expected crab to be in it and there was none. The spicy soup was really good. The calamari appetizer was really really good but it was super small. The shrimp chips where ok but had no uniqueness or wow factor. The service was super slow and you do not get your meal all at once it comes in parts so no one ate all at once. The drinks also took forever. We will try it again someday.
