Been ordering almost daily for over 5 years due to location, taste and size. Clearly I was a fan! Since 2020 orders and quality control has deteriorated significantly. Orders come without 1 or more than 1 ingredient missing AND refunds are not processed timely as they used to. The last 2 weeks has been terrible for me. Yet, I continue to place orders despite the daily mistakes. today you can "hear" the attitude for requesting insignificant refund for their lack of quality control and details. Keep the refund! Lost a loyal client.

Excellent place to grab a healthy lunch. The bowls are really good and actually filling, and they're not outrageously priced. The place gets really packed at peak times so you have to prepare for that. I always order ahead knowing that it may take a few minutes for my order to be ready, but it's worth the wait. I highly recommend the Santa Fe bowl with chicken and the date/coconut pastries were BOMB

The wait is way to long... however then food/ salads/wraps are good. If it’s lunch time I recommend online order. The place is small feels like your eating on top of each other.. maybe build out a bar type against the window for better doce use! That’s why I rate it a 3. Service is nice because they do have lots of staff

Beware of ordering for pickup or delivery from here. After they make your salad, they put it on a shelf at room temperature waiting for you , or postmates to pick it up. No matter the delay, they won’t refrigerate it and it sits there at room temperature. This goes against Food Safety, lettuce should only be at room temperature when you are eating it. Additionally, today I had an awful experience. I ordered my salads for pickup to have lunch with my mom on her break, when I picked them up and then met my mom to eat - the salads were warm and they put eggs in the Greek salad! My mom is highly allergic to eggs. I had to walk a mile back in the heat and was given attitude when I requested that they remake the salads. A gentleman who worked there mentioned that eggs are never included in Greek salads and that it was weird that they put it, he apologized and was polite, however, they made a super dangerous mistake when adding an allergen into a salad that doesn't include it. Thank God we caught the eggs before eating it. The female working however, proceeded to give me attitude. Unfortunately, by the time the salads were made, my mom’s lunch break was over and she could not eat. Extremely disappointed.

Just received the wrong order through delivery from this restaurant. Ubereats driver claimed he spoke with Giardinos and that they would give me my order for free due to this mistake and having to wait over an hour for my food. When I spoke to Erika from the Coral Gables branch on the phone she was unhelpful and refused to put the manager on the phone. I left my number with her for the manager to call back, I am still waiting. Very unprofessional. Update: Manager called a minute after I left a review, claimed it was solely Uber's fault and they never received the order to that location. I don't believe it because I have the screenshot from Uber showing that the order was for the Coral Gables location. I've been ordering from Uber for years, that kind of mistake just doesn't happen. Somebody trashed the receipt or lost it. It's not just Uber's fault, Giardino uses this third party app to make money voluntarily and therefore also is at fault. Wanted me to reorder and get charged again, no thanks.
