This is my first time at this Smoothie King and my last time to be honest. I ordered a Pineapple Surf and I was with my co-worker and when he got his his wasn't even blended properly. She put too much ice in it and did not even blend it all the way. Then when I got mine it look exactly the same. It wasn't smooth it was very comply and filled with ice I barely even tasted the Pineapple and the other ingredients in the smoothie.

Customer service always on point. Every time I walk into the store Ericka greets me with a smile and changes my whole mood even when it’s been a hard day! Great girl and quick too. I’m always in and out of the store with my smoothie so fast, except we have amazing conversations (:

We were told that our total was $16.70. My husband told the lady that he had the exact change but she didn’t want to take it so he just gave her a $20 bill. When she handed him the receipt she told him that she didn’t have the 30 cents change that she owed him. What’s up Smoothie King? This is very strange behavior. The 2 stars are for the rude service and not the change.
