This was terrible they have bad service, the ladies and men whom work here stared at us with great disrespect and charged us 60 $ for 4 breakfast and coffee the food was cold and toast was burnt. Would not recommend and she acted like she did know Spanish nor understand at all. Don’t waist your time with this place your better off at IHOP no prices on the menu so you know the charge more based on race. Pero tú sabe

Went here cause I googled Montes de Ocas and it took me here this place was horrible the spaghetti was cold and the pizza was NASTY the place it’s self is dirty but it was already late and we were all hungry we noticed the menu had no price but since we usually always go out to Cuban pizza restaurants and ask for the same thing and usually pay $70 when the lady brought the bill we freaked $102 we got a chilis bill for nasty pizza if you ever want to eat good Cuban pizza go to Hialeah on 16 th ave where la Carreta is it’s called el Paraiso..
No vengan aqui la comida no sirve el lugar esta cochino y te cobran el doble de otras pizzerias si quieren comer pizza cubana buena vayan a Hialeah en la 16 donde esta la Carreta se llama el Paraiso

The food was good, only the attention of one of the girls at dawn was a bit rude because of a comment, she has to have more education with the clients, if she is working, she should do it willingly and be less arrogant, the other girl, the youngest, is super friendly I should learn not to treat customers badly and be more friendly, it was bitter like the coffee I ordered

Pasta could use some more flavor, it wasn't bad, just blandish. The pizza was better. Pizza crust is very thick so don't expect to eat a ton.

The owner of this place is really disgusting. It is impossible that in this day and age and after all the loans the government has given due to the pandemic that this business is in the physical conditions it is. The roofs are falling and moldy the place is old in need of a paint job. It sucks because I love their pizza but when I went they seem to be super understaffed. They barely had any of the items on the menu and the food took two hours to be served. The quality of the food was bad it seemed as though the pizza would just Thrown together and put in the oven.The place is super rundown it seems to be in the same condition as it was 17 years ago. This is unacceptable in this day and age goes to show a lot about management. I will not be returning here truly disappointed

The food was decent and good portions. The cost to me was a little on the high side, but it was good and we had a good dinner so that was most important. Food had good taste and was fresh. The staff was friendly but at times they acted like you were not even there. If you sit outside get ready to go to the window when you need something as there seems to be no service to the outside seating area. I thought there would be service since they brought the food out to us. After that the service outside was non-existence. Again its a good place, will I be back? Maybe!
