We came here on recommendation and wanted to try breakfast menu. Any chicken kathi roll was not on menu. We ordered Amritsari Kulcha and Gobi parantha thali. The bread was quite soft but very mild. Gobi Parantha was very doughy. The restaurant was not busy at all but still took a lot of time to get our dishes out.

Attached Photo speaks it all..!! How cud u serve a that much burnt nan to customer?? It was a takeaway order.. Returning it back would hav been disrespect to food else wud have thrown on the face of chef..!! Tried couple of times in last 2 years... didn't had luck even once..! I will rather prefer to cook at home..!

We have been there few times. Nice food and service last year. Today it was a disaster. There were no waiters or waitress. Some guy came with a broken menu. Menu is falling apart. He was wearing a very dirty shirt and a short. Very unprofessional. Later someone else brought some water glasses and a water bottle which really dirty and not washed properly. We had to use some wipes to wipe them but we bought some bottled water instead of using those. Food came nearly 1 hour later. It was horrible as they have no idea about the menu. We usually order the same thing and every time it's different. They have no idea about biriyani. Find some other place if you need Indian food. Worst experience.

Visited once on my friend's birthday, for the first time. Food was very bad, we ordered 3 different curries, all were very bad in taste, taste raw & stale. Garlic naan doesn't have any garlic. Service was alright. But, food was really disappointing, needs lot of improvement. It's feedback, take on board to improve & impress customers.

I have ordered food here many times and dined in a couple of times. They used to care at least a little for customer service and quality of food. Our experience today was appalling. The waitress and chef were both chilling outside, reluctantly walked in when we did. 1. They informed they only had breakfast items for lunch 2. Gave us dirty glasses when asked for clean one came with another dirty glass 3. When asked for chilli or pickle, first waitress said they didnt have, then yelled out to chef to ask...and returned with frozen green chilli. 4. Chef kept walking in and out of kitchen with digusting clothes enough to put you of whatever food you have ordered.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I had the worst experience with this pathetic restaurant. I placed an order at 5.22pm through menulog and received a text stating that the food would arrive by 6.19pm. At 6.25 I called the restaurant asking where my delivery was and the girl I spoke to had no idea. She advised that he must be on his way as he has several deliveries. I said I will call back in 30 minutes if the food is still not received. Sure enough it was now 7pm and still no delivery. I called the restaurant and demanded a full refund as this was beyond ridiculous. The girl I spoke with had no idea. I asked to speak to a manager and she said I have to wait 30 minutes. I was hung up on 3 times. Finally got the manager on the phone and he offered me 15% off. I said not good enough. I want a full refund. Finally received the food and it wasn't even correct. I ordered garlic naans and garlic cheese naans but what i received were dry plain naans which tasted like they were a day old. Not to mention burnt. NEVER AGAIN. How the restaurant is still operating is beyond me

Worst ever experience fir food. Never ever had that bad dinner. Non veg chicken very expensive and was not even enogh for 2 persons. Veg daal was tasteless and was not fresh. Dont even try this ever. You may fall sick from their restraunt.i usualy gi to ambarsari dhaba in plaza but was not happy with their service. But trust me thier food is way way better then this and fresh. Never ever coming again even if this is the last restraint in craigieburn.

The weirdest food experience I’ve ever had. Food was not bad but the service was very bizzare. The lady rushed our order and for what ever reason asked far too many questions and repeated everything I said on multiple occasions. Once we finished eating she asked why we didn’t finish our food and why I didn’t like the food. The assumptions didn’t make any sense to me. This place simply gave me the biggest headache.
