Hi, I specifically asked about vegetarian meal clearly stating I am vegetarian. They stating I can choose any of few options above and they can make it vegetarian. So I chose one of the meal which had green leaf means vegetarian one. When I order came I asked if the sauce my friend chose doesn't contain egg. Lady name Zara stated that the wrap I ordered contains the same sauce and has egg in it. I said but I ordered vegetarian one. She said vegetarian meals always can have egg in it. I said egg is not vegetarian. She kept arguing with me saying that Egg is considered vegetarian. I told she can't know better than me as I am the one vegetarian. She argued back saying she actually know better than me. I was shocked the way she kept arguing rather than just changing the meal. The smuck on the face was showing how much respect they have for her customers. I want your management to know the meaning of 'vegetarian'. Vegetarian is a person who survives on vegetables. The word clearly states it's meaning what more you need. Yes there are people who consider themselves vegetarian but they choose to still eat eggs, that's the choice they make which doesn't mean egg is a vegetable. I even spoke the manager there and initially he argued the same until later he accepted that the girl should have just changed the meal than teaching vegetarian people that egg is a vegetable Or plant. When I went to the counter back to walk out of that place and asked for refund, I noticed again, the leaf on the leave didn't have any name but separately they mentioned 'plant based' which means they never even had any options of vegan or vegetarian. So I ordered the meal with leaf one hence it means it should be plant based. Egg is clearly jot a plant. I was so frustrated explaining her that egg is not plant or vegetable so facts are that egg is not a part of the vegetarian meal. She asked me the difference between vegan and vegetarian then, I replied vegan people do not eat by products even like cheese and milk. Egg is actually a baby if you don't eat them that's where it leads to. If they are really confused then they can always ask the customer if they are okay with egg as certain people choose to eat egg which means they are not completely vegetarian. Any vegetarian person who eats egg will always mention or staff can clear it out by asking them. I was so disappointed and frustrated not for the confusion but with the attitude of that woman with a smug on her face teaching vegetarian people that egg is vegetable or plant. That's different people may presume that but you should not be running a food business on those presumption. Either provide options of vegetarian with egg or without or vegan. Or ask staff to ask questions but Jo where you should be putting plant based meal and then adding egg to their meal and then having a lady with no manners and attitude teaching others what vegetarian meal is. It's name already explains it. I left the place without eating and with bad mood. That lady had no remorse or anything. She clearly needs training in hospitality and learns to back off rather than doing head butt with the customers who come there for a good time. At the start that table had two used plates sitting on that table. We waited a bit but when noone came I walked up to the same lady and another gentleman. When I requested to clear the table, she gave me a look as if it was my job to picked up the customer's plates. I had no idea why she looked so surprised. Aren't you supposed to clean the table side by side after customers finish their meal? Instead of apologising she gave a very odd look. She seem to have some undiagnosed issues and needs some assistance, probably a good training. Last but not the least, if an egg is a vegetarian than we human are vegetarian too, would you presume that????? Disappointed

Will never order from here again! Was first told 20-40 minutes for delivery. After 30 minutes that had changed to 50-70 minutes. Eventually waited 1hour (on a Tuesday night so not very busy) for cold chips and cold and burnt snitzel. The shop is literally 4 minutes from my house, surely you can do better than this.

Absolutely shocking burger and the wraps both beef were awful, how can you sell beef that has so much sinew throughout the whole experience , made us so dissatisfied and left looking at each other in utter disbelief, we could actually tie the meat up with its contents, never ever again, Cornelius Ropoenhapster.

4 staff working and an empty store. All staff members made eye contact with me and left standing there not being served. Why run a shop front business if you're only interested in online orders. For the price you over charge for a piece of chicken your service should be outstanding. Ill waste my money elsewhere.
