Cranford's Best Bagel And Deli

Horrible customer service!. I called to place an order the girl said what would you like? I asked for a egg and cheese on a roll and then I got hung up on. ( I wasn’t sure if we got disconnected or maybe she intentionally hung up on me. So I called back and someone else picked up. “Cranford bagel” no good morning or anything. I said “ I just called and not sure if someone got my order so I want to place an order.” The guy Rudely said “WHAT?” And I said “excuse me? He continued rudely and said “YEAH! WHAT DO YOU WANT?!?” I politely said no never mind thanks have a good day. Never again! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Never treat your customers Rudely because they have choices! Especially during a pandemic. And if you don’t like your job quit! There are plenty of people who need a job and would be happy working.

I was in area and hungry, it wasnt terrible. But I wouldnt go back. Yes there is egg. But talk about skimpy. I've had several BEC bagels in life the egg and meat are usually a good portion of sandwich. Couldn't taste the cheese either. Like at first I thought they forgot it. Was all there but for price, they can do better and many other places do. Eveything bagel was salty but again not terrible and dough was okay. I guess it was okay okay okay but wheres the egg!? Meh, dont waste the calories. Eat at home or skip breakfast. Not sure about anything else here so maybe just order something else.
