Urban Burger

Unexpectedly walked in to try Urban Burger and I'm so glad I did! Easy summary that the food was DELICIOUS and service was GREAT. I ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup, omg the grilled cheese was so perfectly cheesy and the tomato soup had a good flavor. My fellow table mates also ordered a cookies and cream milk shake, chili cheese fries, the Lincoln, and an onion ring burger. We were all soooo stuffed and happy. Nothing tasted bad. Our server was so kind and didn't miss a beat on anything we needed. Highly recommend Urban Burger and will return.

Great little BYOB burger joint. We started with Tots with Boom Boom sauce and Mozzarella sticks. They were out of fried pickles and onion rings unfortunately. The tots were awesome and the mozz was above average. They were very thick. I got a burger with blue cheese sauce (cant remember the name), cooked medium. The meet was great quality, they cooked it just right, and the blue cheese sauce was extremely tasty. Definitely worth checking out. The staff was fantastic as well and they carry some craft soda I cant remember the name of.

Good food, what bothered me was the customer service. Left a bag in there filled with Valentines gifts, called to ask if they saw anything. They said no. I went back in to see for myself and asked one of the workers (blonde hair) and she said she had thrown it out. I asked her if she can get it, I even apologized myself, I understand it’s a bit annoying to get something out the garbage. She hardly checked and said she can’t find it, even though she admitted to throwing it out. So I had to get it myself, when I left they proceeded to laugh. Really don’t appreciate the way I was treated. Really don’t appreciate them throwing the bag out without holding onto it to see if anyone would come claim it. The bag even had weight to it so there’s no excuse for them to assume it’s empty. It wasn’t sealed either so a simple look inside is all it takes to find out if it’s garbage or not. Meh. Menu items looked so appetizing and the reviews convinced me, but overall I thought the beef patty needed way more seasoning as it completely lacked flavor. What somewhat saved the burger were the the brie, figs, and mayo but even then the main component, the burger itself needed more flavor. It was as bland as the the bun so a little hard to enjoy. My sweet potato fries came more in the charred and overcooked side that I could taste the bitterness of the burnt ends. They are also on the pricier side but understandable due to the higher end components accompanying the burger. There are probably some other good menu items I have yet to try and perhaps it was a bad today, I don’t know but I just didn’t enjoy it or finish it.
