Be very careful when being charged by these people they will rip you off. I got a crepe with bananas and strawberries on the side also known as a crepe royale. The lady charged me 10.99 for the crepe, 1.99 to have the strawberries on the side, 2.49 for a mandatory tip, 1.05 for “tax” and then when my card was charged I paid tax AGAIN totaling to 17 dollars and some change. Then when my receipt came there was another line to input a tip. I will never be going back as a small business owner you shouldn’t take advantage of the people who bring you business!

Zero stars if possible. Lady was beyond rude and didn’t come to our table to get our order and we were the only other customers in there. Ordered crème brûlée and the sugar wasn’t even torched. While paying she grunted and wanted to get us out of there as soon as possible. We waited longer to get our order taken then we did to eat it. Don’t waste your money. Please read the reviews before going cause it sounds like this is the typical behavior of this cafe. Wish I would have read the reviews before going.

First time purchasing here and so disappointed,I thought this place was going to be more than okay. Ordered French onion Soup, it was Water with color and a few Onions, no taste at all. order a Mac'n cheese for my daughter and even her said it was from Kraft Mac and cheese and the amount of portion was so ridiculous that stick to the plate, it was so little, not enough for one kid. Crepes were ok and the Quiche was ok, but so expensive for just a little slide, i mean really $ 9.99....ordered a Salad and not enough dressing for the amount... i am sorry, i did not like this food. Good thing is the Coupon you can use the first time, it was helpful, but overall not such a good experience here...

Never coming here again. I ordered the Galette St. Jacques to go over the phone and upon arrival, it turns out the older lady misheard my order and gave me something else which is totally fine and understandable—I had no issue with that and, thankfully, I checked before I drove off. What I take issue with is the attitude and the verbal huffing from the older lady when they had to make the proper order. She was passive aggressive under the guise of a fake smile and the entire time it seemed like she didn’t want me in the restaurant at all. The only decent person I encountered is who appeared to be her daughter. Once I walked out with the right order, I realised they didn’t put any cutlery in the bag so I walked back in asking for some and the daughter-or whoever she is-quickly brought some for me and seemed apologetic. The older lady just looked further annoyed. It’s interesting because I did nothing to warrant such attitude but, nonetheless, that is my first and last time going there. The experience doesn’t even make me want to eat the food now…

If i could give a place zero stars… this would be it. the service is terrible. the atmosphere is very unwelcoming. The older lady who stands in the front doesn’t even greet you and when my friend and i went up to her to be seated she said what? This is location is not nearly as nice as the one in metuchen. It’s worth it to drive 20mins in the other direction and have the food there.
