Pizzeria Bel Giardino

I went to see a good friend of mine and I stopped in for a pie. I wanted to surprise him. It took 30 minutes for the pie to be ready, because the first pie I ordered, the girl got it wrong. After the pie was ready, I didn't see it. When I got to my friends house and as I opened the box, I was embarrassed. The top was all full of oil and the eggplant topping was all soggy and oily. Knowing my dad who had a pizzeria in Brooklyn when I was younger, he always told me you had to use good cheese, low grade cheese is never the same. It is cheap and makes the pizza oily. I had to apologize to my friend and we threw the whole pie out. We had to go out to eat instead. My friend told me that before the new owners took over the pizzeria it used to be good and the food used to be good. But these new owners are bring this place down hill. I am forced to give it 1 star or I would really given it a 0. My advice to the owners.. Use good cheese!

Went there and got a chicken parm sub and a slice of Grandma and some garlic knots (all to share). The sauce was perfect. The crust was on point. Just crispy enough with out any flop! The chicken was juicy and the bread was toasted so my sandwich wasn't soggy. The customer service and the ladies at the counter were kind and patient while we took forever to figure out our order. Favorite place in town! Also going back to take advantage of the lunch special!

This was a very good slice of Pizza that should rank well on the Pizza Hunters App. People at the counter were very nice and even the man at the Pizza Oveb took time to say hello and goodbye, which you dont get ar every Pizzeria. The Pizza crust was thin and very tasty , perfectly charred on the bottom. The sauce and cheese was excellent and a provided a solid ratio. I would give it 4.5 stars, wish Google had half stars. Great Job.

Love this place, my all-time favorite pizza place. I've been going here since I was a baby, and I still order from here to this day. Everything on their menu is spectacular, even the appetizers from the calamari to the chicken tenders. And I usually would rate restaurants based on if I go back to them, and this is easily a 10/10. The pizza in particular is so tasty and delicious and has the perfect sauce to cheese ratio. And I certainly can't forget the dough which is probably the best dough in the entire world, not only for a round pie but for the Grandma pie as well. The Grandma Pizza is probably the best pizza I've ever tasted in my life, and the best thing about it, is that it's even better cold sitting in the fridge. And it lasts for several days afterward. I recently moved away, and I don't have the same love for pizza anymore when this pizza is not in my life in the future. I've tried other highly rated pizzas near me, but it's not even in the same league as this pizza place. Everything pales in comparison. I would get a place nearby just so I would be able to come by here for a slice every week. Please try this pizza, you are missing out if you don't
