Starbucks

One of the worst Starbucks’ location ever. The staff is extremely rude. Not friendly or approachable at all. Don’t even bother doing a mobile order here. Your coffee will tastes like water. It’s like no effort is even put into making the drinks. The drinks are poorly made and it’s not worth spending your money here.

I have never had an experience like I did this morning. As soon as I walked in an older lady named Lisa helped me (if that’s what you call it) she was so rude and I asked her if I had upset her as soon as she started to get angry with my order. Which I asked for a black tea with no lemon/lemonade! “Our tea doesn’t come with lemon!” She barked! I simple just said no lemon or lemonade and she rolled her eyes and said “as I said before it doesn’t come with that!” (But it does because this Starbucks has messed up my order on so many occasions if I forget to say that!) I again asked her why she was being rude and if I could have someone else help me! She stood there and looked at me with an evil eye and refused to get someone else. I stepped back and finally someone else helped me. She rolled her eyes and mumbled as she walked off! I’m okay if you are having a bad day but say so! I’m a lot more forgiving of that because it happens to everyone but please don’t be rude for no reason!

I don’t recommend placing an order when they’re busy, your drink will usually be made wrong but when they’re not busy the drinks are consistent. I also recently went here two hours before close and waited in the drive through for awhile, even said hello to the speaker and I ended up having to just leave without getting to place an order. Not sure if they closed early without posting notice anywhere but I was disappointed.
