Sweet Moment

I will definitely come back here! wish I can come everyday and try everything on the menu. :) Their milky shaved ice was sweeter than other places but yummy sweet, their mango ice cream was soooooo good and I loved the chewy rice balls (they called them momoko). I waited 30 mins for their mochi and they were good except they powdered flour outside I guess to prevent them from sticking to each other? (U get 2 mochis) and that had serious flour smell, made me feel like eating raw flour. Other than that, mochis were good. I will give mochis 4 stars and the shaved ice 6 stars! As for the service, they were pretty slow. I saw 3 ppl working there and all 3 went inside the kitchen.. 2 customers came in while we were eating at the table.. they waited and waited (at least 6 mins) but nobody came out of the kitchen to help. As for the interior, it was little too cheesy and outdated with the holiday decorations still up and the flyer for their promotion that ended in January still up on the window. Anyway, I took my grandma there and she loved the dessert so much she told me that it's so sad how grandpa didn't get to taste something like this before he passed away... :( At least my grandma did and I am glad she liked it.

Extremely Slow Service. Avocado "Smoothie" (I put quotes because it was more like a slushee than a smoothie) tasted nothing whatsoever like avocado (It tastes like diluted milk with sugar) I saw the employee put a single avocado in my huge drink (The avocado was shriveled as well as small) The employee also did not peel the avocado very well as there were multiple pieces of avocado skin in my drink (Photo is included in review) Would not come here again. *************************************************** Taste: 1/5 Service: 1/5 Price: $$$$ *************************************************** Originally posted on Yelp!

It was my first time going there to get a drink. I got to taste some samples of flavored teas. I ended up getting the the grapefruit tea which was delicious. The guy that works there was telling that they use all organic ingredients. I will definitely be back again and try out other flavors next time. I strongly recommend this place for a refreshing bevarage. 🙂🙂🙂

I come back here for their new summer special products. The Creamy Snowflake cup is nice and cute. Overall very good quality like always, fresh and refreshing. I’m like a regular here and I'm rarely disappointed. All the desserts and drink is super yummy. Some of the cashiers even recognize me and my regular drink. Customer service is always good. Though SW is my favorite dessert store, I feel like the customer service is deteriorating. I came here with my friends, a lady taking my order, but I were confused what she said, we ended up fussing five minutes about the orders. The cashier didnt seem to have any knowledge about their products, or their feature dessert or drink. It was very confusing, n awkward... Anyways... SW, Please have yr staff trained. I will still come back for the dessert, BUT I’d seriously consider NOT to come back if services are not improved. sorry, one star down...
