Manny's Uptown

Found this gem while in the area and wanted Mexican food. Exceptional customer service from the time we walked in the door until we left. We ordered the fajita beef salad and it was wonderful!! The chips and salsa are very good as is the queso. Waiter never let us run out of chips or beverages. Will definitely be our go to Mexican food restaurant when we are in the area!

This is one of my fav Mexican food restaurants! The chips & salsa are manageable for me and not too spicy. I always get the chicken enchiladas with rice & beans while my hubby always orders tamales!! I can’t myself try anything else for fear of missing out! Needless to say, you will enjoy their food and drinks! I’ve yet to have bad service - always greeted with excellent care!

Great atmosphere with attentive and friendly staff. The chips were fresh, salsa had a nice consistency (with a little kick to it!) and the guacamole was really good, too (extra points for presentation). I had the Manny's special, which includes a little bit of everything -- a ton of food for the price. I really liked the sour cream cheese sauce, and the chili sauce was just okay. The chicken was a little dry. Rice and beans on point. Overall, a great spot!

Margaritas are phenomenal! A little on the pricey side, but they're potent and incredibly well made! The chips and salsa are always fresh and hot anytime I go in - and I visit often and at different hours of the day! The service is always top notch and I have been going here for a while now! The servers are always friendly and always willing to help you out with any request you may have. And the managers are always so friendly and helpful! The food is incredible! Since going here, I have only had one issue - considering how often I go those are GREAT odds. I always recommend the brisket tacos (really anything with brisket), the chicken sour cream enchiladas, or (my favorite) the carne asada! Everything is always fresh and tender and they ALWAYS cook the carne asada to a perfect medium rare for me :) Go, eat, try! And seriously bring your friends! I always do!
