I love this location because it’s convenient but between the parking spot order switchups and the dry a** mcchickens I’m bound to give up soon, can’t a girl get some lettuce?

With all the bad reviews here, I'm surprised that owners haven't been more involved in saving this franchise location.
Seems to me that this location alone brings in enough money for the owners and management to not care if anything is right or not.
My order tonight was 40 chicken mcnuggets and a combo quarter pounder meal.
My burger bun was hard as a rock...
40 nuggets and not one single pack of ketchup or the sauces I requested at the speaker.
Not one sauce for 40 nuggets and a large fry.
Not 1.
Also, I didn't receive a receipt to see if my sauces were on there..
I try to avoid this McDonald's because they never try to be better.
Its been 1year since I've been here.
Its worse today than it was then....
I'll never come back to this location and I'm going to advise everyone I know to do the same...

Last time I went, the right side speaker/mic in the drive thru was broken. You’d pull up, you’d be greeted, and that’s it! Either they didn’t hear what you said, or they would intentionally ignore you so they wouldn’t have to actually do their job. Thankfully I prefer using the app and having them bring it out to me.

Food was hot but our dinks were flat; we had to wait for our order and they forgot to put ketchup and our fries.
Just pay more attention on the orders that you parked.
You cannot make the customer wait for their food and not have their order complete and flat drinks.

Greeting and taking the order take forever, don’t tell you the cost prior to getting to the window, don’t show order on the screen, so how you supposed to know the exact change or amount to have ready at the window. Then if busy, you are asked to go to a lane to wait they still go car to car asking if the bag they have is your order. It’s frustrating but only have this issue at night.

Usually my experience with this location is excellent unfortunately today no so much...
I ran through the DriveThru on my lunch break which is 30mins. Ordered Double Cheese NO ONIONS because I am allergic. Get home & took a big bite just to spit it out because it was loaded down with diced onions. The burger even had the adjustment ticket that specifically says NO ONION. So now after an allergic reaction to lunch I can't even eat, I can not return to work today....

This location is in a high pedestrian area downtown next to multiple major hospitals. Deciding to treat the nursing staff to breakfast, I placed a 20 item order the app and walked the 1/4 block. The options given when paid were pickup or delivery. After payment it gave the options for Curb or DriveThru. I choose Curb and it immediately changed to DriveThru. I walked to the first window where the Mgr. looked at me clearly not happy and with a flick of his pin pointed to the second window, another man was being served on foot. I waited as now an impromptu meeting/argument the Mgr now at the 2nd window and opens it and begins the rant to scold the handicap man and myself, said we needed cars. We were lucky he was serving us. I kindly tried to explain that the app had forced drivethru. Again he with a flick of his pen directed to me repeated that we needed a car, then asked if we had cars. He told us to go to the front door then made the handicap man walk back to the drive thru. The Mgr. name is Ace. I was here 2 days prior in the morning and was impressed with the two managers an African American man and Hispanic woman. The store was slammed and they had everyone on a upbeat cadence. I would say that Ace should take lesson however as he said “I’m not trying to be rude” severely times, clearly it’s just his natural character to be rude and offensive. I definitely wasn’t “lucky” to be served by him or have to witness him abusing his authority with the minority women or getting his jolly’s on picking on a handicapped man, who actually offered to pay again, as he couldn’t remember if he had paid. Ace again yelled at him this time to leave as if he were a pigeon causing a nuance. Hopefully Ace will find a better suited job and one he can be happy at, instead of venomous. Possibly away from the public and certainly not in a leading capacity. I hope the Store Manager can rid this bad apple pie and be successful with the others that have the same mission.

We ordered online because they were closed due to the weather and got a notification that the order was ready. We walked the 4 or 5 blocks to McDonald's and was told to wait in line at the drive thru and when we got to the window we were told that they were closed and when my friend said that we had an order waiting for us, the employee looked and then told us that it was cancelled but they never notified him. The cashier then showed him on the app where the money was returned to the account. As we were leaving the car behind us pulled up to the window and picked up their order. Don't understand how an order through the app placed 30 minutes before the drive thru order, which was being placed while we were standing in line behind another car is cancelled but the order placed after us is not cancelled 🤔😒
