I hated the service and actitud from the person who took my order, I am so stupid for not checking the reviews and see that this is a bad place to get food, I asked for two combos and the lady decided to charge for 2 entries and fries, no drinks, I just got out of work and really don't have the ebergy to put a fight with this lady.

Terrible and extremely slow service. The worst mcdonalds food I have ever had! Unsalted and soggy fries, no sauce packets given for nuggets, drive-thru cashier was incompetent and didn't know what he was doing. And no, this cashier was not new! Same guy at this time of night... This is the last time I will patron this establishment.

Food was good. A little irritated because we were on the kiosk and it didn't even give us the option to pay so we had to wait in a long line to have the cashier to retype every thing again just to pay for our order. This was the worst experience because it took twice as long. It looked under staffed as well because the long wouldn't have been that bad if there was more then one cashier.

I was able to place my order quickly, but had to wait at the pick-up window for longer than necessary because the young lady didn't realize I had only ordered a Sweet Tea. Once I got out and on the road, I took a drink of the sweet tea; it was spoiled. I have tried to call the restaraunt to let them know so no one else gets bad sweet tea, but they don't answer the phone. Poor service all around. Very disappointing. Management needs to step up their game.

I'm not exaggerating when I say they have NEVER made my order correctly. I even learned my two orders in Spanish thinking it would help and it's STILL wrong to where I just stay at the window, open my burger and give it back saying what's wrong. Manager never apologizes and it's truly a joke. The one on cockrell hill and 30 is totally opposite with good managers and my order is almost always rights it's weird.

I went in to order it was only 2 people inside the drive thru was crowed. It took 30 mins to get my food. This is the 3rd time i get my fries and they look burned. If they are dark brown then they have been in the fryer too long.

I had egg shells in my sandwich. I ordered a sausage egg cheese mcmuffin this morning. Other food was good n line went pretty fast but it's a Saturday so. .less people. I had to throw away the rest of my sandwich because it was crunchy. Waste of my money!
