Domino's Pizza

Thank you to the workers for staying open to the customers during this rough time. Ya’ll staying in business means a lot. I also work in the food industry at chipotle and I personally appreciate y’all. My boss got us dominos from this location and the pizza is delicious. We love our neighborhood dominos

Their food is always good, and the drivers are pretty consistent. But the last couple of times I ordered they didn't at all give me what I payed for. Alfredo pizza with no Alfredo on it, Buffalo chicken pizza without an ounce of buffalo sauce, missing the entire point of the order. Kinda disappointing.

I called today 2-22-2022 to ask why I was charged incorrectly and the manager Zack proceeded to interrupt me and tell me to handle it with my bank. I informed him it wasn't an issue with the bank since Domino's is the one who charged me incorrectly. Anytime I tried to speak he interrupted me everytime telling me my bank was lying and eventually hung up on me. UNPROFESSIONAL for a "manager". My total was $8.65 which is also what my receipt reflects however when I was going through my bank statements a few days later I noticed they charged me more than I was originally charged meaning they went in and added a tip which I didn't consent to. Why would I tip for a carryout pizza? And my pizza wasn't even made right. Calling corporate next.
