In this context, appreciate's too small of a word when it comes to the feeling and flavours of homemade Syrian food - for specifics, mums Syrian food.
Pleasant experience with ordering process and generous serving - finished the evening with baklava 👌🏻 I’ll be steeping in anticipation to return to try other items on the menu

Awesome food and service, even though we had these lovely people under the pump when 11 of us turned up without a reservation. They served up so much good food we couldn’t eat it all, how often does that happen.? Make sure to try the Beetroot dip but everything we had was tasty as.

A special find in Darwin! This family owned restaurant serves the most authentic Middle Eastern food I’ve had in a long time! Warm and friendly service, delicious every time!

Syrian food is typically characterised by its generosity but Damasquino falls short.
We ordered a meal for 2 and we were still hungry after eating there even though it cost a fortune.
Skewers were not fresh and were also tiny. In 40 years - these were the smallest skewers I have ever had - (imagine normal size satay skewers etc and then imagine if they were 1/2 stacked only).
Amount of dips and salad are also unbelievably ungenerous - about as much dip as a McDonalds tub of sauce.
If it weren't a family business - I would score it lower. The dessert was very nice however.

We had the Damasquino vegan meal - $45 - came with Syrian rice, a dukkah pastry, tomato and onion pastry, cabbage salad, lentil and rice dish, tomato bulgur, spinach, two falafels, hummus and a spicy tomato dip. The dish was very fresh and not too heavy. The falafels were perfectly fried with a crispy outside and soft inside. The spicy tomato dip was the highlight of the dish and added extra flavour. This dish could easily be shared among two people.

Delicious home cooked Arabic food - the family who runs this place is lovely, the food is tasty, and the ambiance is simple but nice. Check it out - you won’t regret it :)

AMAZING food with truly authentic flavours. It maybe a small restaurant but it is big on service, humility and a genuine love for what they do. 10/10 🥰🥰🥰
