I never ever leave a bad review, but there is no way of sending and email to management so I hope this gets through to someone.
This was a Take away order.
Barely any toppings and only half full container, not what we are used to as we are regulars.
Only one sauce to share for a two person order
Don't really think this is worth it?
Tastes amazing just think you should keep your standard the same.

This probably the best Nandos I’ve ever eaten at. The salad on the burger was the freshest I’ve had any ANY burger anywhere. The Avocado tasted like it was picked that morning and tomato slice were perfect. Chips were hot and tasty. Store was really neat and tidy. It’s a small spot but given the size they have they have done well. It took a bit to get the order out but considering I couldn’t fault the food itself, it was worth the wait.

It is absolutely ridiculous that when our deliveries arrive and are incorrect or have items missing, we can't speak to the store to have it fixed. Instead with have to let the part of the order we did get go cold while we wait for a customer service representative somewhere else in the country to get back us.....which at this time still hasn't happened!
We've had orders arrive with 2 meals missing. We've had delivery drivers take a photo of the house and drive away saying that no one answered the door....when we were waiting by the door for the order....he just didn't want to leave his car because it was raining!
And tonight is the 3rd time our sides have not arrived. With no answer from the store and no answer from the customer service number, I had to ask my neighbour to watch my kids whilst I drove to your store. When I got to the store I asked to speak to the manager who came forward and asked me what the problem was. I explained and he responded abruptly with "well what do you want"......not "sorry for the inconvenience" or "we'll refund you for the missing sides".
I was so shocked I just told him to give me the sides. Off he went to get them. But proceeded to fill every other order bag on the pass with the exact same sides I was waiting for whilst I stood there over 45minutes after my order had arrived at my home. Finally he walked over and handed me my sides and said absolutely nothing, just walked away.
There's literally nothing good about your service. Not even when a customer has to come to fix your own mess ups do you have the ability to correct it efficiently or with any form of good customer service. I will never order from your store again.
If you want to eat half your order cold or be spoken to rudely by manager or not gwt a refund for your missing items......Darwin nandos is for you!

Sad. Decided to treat myself and my kiddo to some nandos forked out the extra money all for disappointment. Chips were cold, pita wasn't toasted so it was soggy in sauce chicken was over cooked to the point it was hard to chew. Ribs dryer then anything I've ever had and to top it my little ones tenders which were meant to be BBQ were clearly mild and wasn't able to eat them (they were also over cooked) it's a shame. I've worked at nandos myself and know none of these items take long to cook fresh. For the amount of money you charge I expect alot more. Disgusting will never be back and will never recommend. If I could give 0 stars i would.

Will not be going again, we had to wait about 30min for our take away meals which would not be the problem if the food was decent, the bread were very cold just like the chicken and the fries and very burn BBQ ribs, we realized our burger were sitting on the bench for a long time we should have checked it before going back home. Ee always have to wait a long time for some reason even if it is not busy, but we found this the reopening after the covid the quality is just not there anymore today was the last chance we give them.

Hopless. I understand I orderd my food through Uber but in no way do I hold them accountable as the order had nothing to do with the wait time from the driver. Waited over an hour for a order which i had to cancle in the end. 3:20 in the afternoon on a tuesday. No working phone number to get incontact with. 1st time I orderd with this specific franchise and it will be the last.
