The room & pool are great however they are clearly understaffed as the pool area is never clean always drinks and food laying around & dirty towels everywhere. When we arrived we had a lot of luggage and the room isn’t close to the resort car park we weren’t initially offered a buggy to assist us. For the amount you are paying for the resort room these are small services that should certainly be offered. The food we ordered by the pool was not great definitely wouldn’t recommend that. Overall however we had a good stay great location and the Italian restaurant it’s beautiful!

Would not stay here again. Paid top dollar at over $400 for the night worth about $120. Room old would not check us in before 300pm then the lock would not work so didn't get in until about 445pm. Quick to remind us of the $30 charge if you are late at check out. Quite rude really. Quick to stop us from entering anywhere with a baby. Again quite rude. Don't think they know the difference between a child and a baby.

Beautiful location but the resort rooms are overpriced for the condition. We were also given a disabled room (rooms 501 & 502 are disabled) which was very basic and had no bath or enclosed shower and we were not told about this. We had to complain to get moved to a room with a proper bathroom despite paying $900 per night. The place is aging with ripped and stained cushions and they seemed understaffed as we had issues with our bags being collected and booking a taxi. The lagoon pool is beautiful and the location and access to Mindil Beach markets were highlights. For $5,200 for 2 rooms for 3 nights it just felt overpriced and didn’t feel like a 5 star experience.

Outdated but very expensive. Very tough atmosphere. Most customers tend to behave in a rough manner. Staff should be more attentive to excessive behaviour(specially heavy drinking in the pool). Also we were in doubt if all the people in the pool were effectively hotel customers ( the was never any hotel card checking for access). Also a bit " frightening" when some rooms have no locks ( looks like they've been ripped off).

Hotel was clean, but rooms old and dated. Had a spa suite but plug was useless and water kept draining. Day after we checked in received an apology letter tgat the pool and gym would be closed for duration of our stay. No compensation for amenities that we paid for but coukd not use. Much better places to stay in Darwin, I will not be back here!
