Buffalo Wild Wings

Though not entirely their fault for the three-star rating, it is something that is currently the new brown... Extremely low staff, considerably slower service than it used to be, tables turned down to prevent people from sitting on them due to low staff, and considerably smaller portions of food than it used to be. Prepandemic. The food tastes good, so don't get me wrong, but it's not a go-to place to hang out and get the same value for your money like it used to be as well as the level of service that they used to be able to provide. Hopefully in time it changes for them and everyone else that's been impacted by the pandemic.

I like the way you can pay with your phone now, very convenient, however our server reminded us/checked to see if we had completed our transactions way too many times. Still 5 stars b/c you can't beat the friendly service, yummy food and atmosphere for a fun dinner out of the house! Thanks for a great time!!!

Food was good. But the waitress was rude by arguing with me about coffee when all I did was order it. Saying they did not have coffee then waited a few minutes saying they was out. After we got our food she asked if we wanted boxes to go after only taking a few bites. I believe if this waitress (Shelby) needs to learn proper customer service. I gave what I considered the smallest tip I ever gave o ly because the other staff was much better.

This is a 2 for the attitude they gave whwn i placed an online order. Not a big deal easier than calling it in. It would be a 1 but they got the food right. Customer service goes a long way. Smile? Say thanks? I mean i left a tip could have saved some money and not tipped. Def. Not tipping attitude.

Ordered an online delivery order through the Buffalo wild wings website 4/21/22. My order was cancelled after an hour late and my order was not credited after they cancelled. Tonight 4/29/22 I ordered the same delivery order and it was canceled after an hour wait as well. They refunded the order this time but, then didn't even offer a way to get me my order. I asked if they could confirm my reorder would actually be delivered and they said no... I'm serious.. Thanks for treating me like my business doesn't matter. Noted. No more delivery orders from me.

We go here pretty regularly and about 20% of the time, everything is right. Otherwise things are wrong or missing from pick up orders. It’s like pulling teeth. It’s not even customized things or using the wrong sauce, it’s like we order it plain and it comes with extras that we don’t want or are allergic to! How does this happen so often? Hire more people to make sure it doesn’t. We’re clearly not the only ones who experience this

The amount of time that BWW has gotten my order wrong. No sauces, completely different order (ordered wings and got a quesadilla and Mac and cheese instead). This place was only once they forgot all the sauces for my naked tenders. Why pay 13$ for unseasoned chicken strips with no sauce? I have encountered other BWW locations where the same incidents have happened. I order from Uber Eats and cannot verify that my order no’s there until it has be taken from the restaurant and delivered to my home. I don’t think I will be ordering from BWW again in the future.
