They are very lightly staffed. I waited for sometime and they sat people in front of me on a slow Monday. That’s okay the people are nice the wait staff was nice. Food was awful. My 3 stars are for the people not the food. Service was slow but again they are lightly staffed so I understand. Not great but they tried.

We called in and ordered a huge Togo from this location…and they did not disappoint! Lindsay T. took our order and prepared it with care! So much food! And for that price, we didn’t even eat it all. When I went in to pick up the order I saw she was taking tables and making drinks for her guests. Wow! And she took our order on top of that?!? That is guest satisfaction at its best! Thank you OCharleys and thank you for taking care of our family, Lindsay! I also met the manager, Jason, who took time to make sure all the food was in the order. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Even better so our food was warm when we got it. Impressive! We will be returning to this location in future!

Was the worst food I've ever had in a restaurant. The chicken tenders were dry and overcooked. They were so crispy I had trouble cutting them. Potato skins had very little bacon and a sprinkle of scallions. They too looked as though they had been under a heat lamp for awhile and were crispy. Only thing good was the hot bread and soft butter. Of all the restaurants nearby we chose this one. Don't waste your money!!! TERRIBLE!!!!

My sister and I took our kids here for Valentine’s Day dinner with a family of 8, we waited approx 30 mins to be seated they were very busy to be expected of course. Our waitress Lacy is very professional, kept us up to date on our food wait times, kept up on our drink refills without having to ask and came to check on us multiple times always with a smile and very nice. She is by far one of the best waitresses I have encountered in a while.

If you are looking for a mediocre dinner then this is your place. I got the steak, ribs and tenders and my wife a sirloin steak. I have no idea how they cooked the steaks as there were no hint of grill marks and there was no browning on them and not a lick of seasoning. Temperature wise they looked like what you would expect for Med Rare. The mac n cheese side was pretty tasteless and was closer to just macaroni. They are getting 2 stars only because the ribs and tenders were actually good. We wont be back.
