I usually like this Starbucks but I went to order me and my girlfriend drinks and she had questions about a drink she had never had before and the guy making her drink was quite rude to her. She kept apologizing which upset me because he should have been then one apologizing not her so she turned around and looked the other way because he made her so uncomfortable 😣

This Starbucks has been my go to for years. I will say during school sessions you most definitely need to utilize the mobile ordering function. Also wanted to give a huge shoutout to all the staff and workers. They have been understaffed for about a year and have continued to pop out amazing service. I have witnessed this full heartedly when I saw them being yelled at by a customer for the most random mistake that they fixed no questions asked. Love this one. Easy in and easy out.

I ordered simply a black tea. They messed it up 3 times. How is that even possible? I will never be back to this Starbucks location. As a matter of fact, I will never return to ANY Starbucks location. You guys ruined it.

There is only 2 locations in my area that can make my Green Tea shaken tea the way I like it and this is one of the locations. The customer service is always great, they are fast with with service.

Love this starbs, always busy but friendly. Never had an issue getting my order correct. Parking lot is small but theres other places to park.

This place can get really busy due to how close it is to the University of Dayton. Due to that, sometimes it can take a little extra time to get your drink, but that's not a big deal. Drinks are hot and normally made right and if not they have no problem at all making corrections. Just remember respect goes both ways. The staff are all very nice and professional.
The 4 🌟 is only due to the goofy hours the past 18mths or so.... and that's due to Covid and staffing issues
