Service was polite, pleasant, and reasonably prompt (we ordered for pickup). Good food. The cauliflower crust is an idea whose time has come; I think it's better than their regular thin crust, and I wish it were available in larger sizes. The plant-based pepperoni isn't fooling anyone, though; it's super thick, with an appearance and texture reminiscent of old-school vegan cold cuts and an incongruous fennel-sausagey taste.

The pizza was very good. They had a little mix up with my order but they took care of it in a professional manner. I highly recommend this place, I will definitely be going back.

We ordered here last week for delivery, they are using doordash and didn't say anything to us. Then once we got the order and it was all wrong and they said they couldn't bring the order back to us because they use doordash and they don't have their own drives to bring the food back out. They also couldn't refund us the money because they don't do refunds. UNBELIEVABLE. I sent a note to corporate and still haven't heard from anyone. Safe to say, we won't be eating at any Donatos ever again.

Just moved back to the area after 2 years away. Ordered from what was my favorite pizza place. Only to have the pizza order messed up (jalapenos on when requested to be left off), No marinara no the Big Don and the salad that was ordered with it just not be part of the delivery. Called to see what could be done but after being asked if we could wait we have been on hold for 15 mins now. Do yourself a favor and skip getting pizza from the S Alex rd store.

Waited almost an hour an a half for out pizza. When we called apparently they are doing 3rd party drivers and had no idea where our pizza is. Going to call here soon to see where our food is and will update....so update after an hour and a half I called and my food has not even left the store yet. I called and canceled the order. While calling the woman who answered hung up on my and I called back. I expect a full refund.

Order pizza, breadsticks, boneless wings and a salad. Pizza was burnt and missing ingredient, breadsticks were raw with burnt cheese, wings were below average, and not sure about the salad since it wasn’t delivered.

Unlike other locations, these people make my salads perfect everytime. They've never forgot to make it, or skimped on the ingredients. And they're friendly.
