Pizza Hut

5 months ago I gave this Pizza Hut 5 stars. I would order every Friday. The breadsticks were always perfectly cooked and seasoned. The hand tossed pizzas had some substance and the Hut Favorite crust seasoning made my day. Today I'm giving it 2 stars. Service and timing is always great, but food quality is much worse. On our last order the breadsticks were poorly cut. A good cut would be when we can separate them with our hands. We had to cut them apart with a knife and using the knife smushed the breadsticks. The hand-tossed pizza was flat. The crust had risen, but the main cheese-covered part was flimsy and thin, as if the dough couldn't properly rise when cooking. This was the first hand-tossed I've gotten like this in a few years. Please bring back the Hut Favorite crust! Without it Pizza Hut is only mediocre. I would gladly pay more or wait longer for a pizza if I could get the Hut Favorite crust.

I made a mistake on my order and tried for 30 minutes to reach the store to correct. you cannot get to the local store, you get people who barely speak English and follow a written script. They say they will put you in touch with the store but they disconnect you. Very disappointed! Taking the personal touch out of America.
