Little Saigon

Will never eat here again. Got to restaurant at 11:30am which was supposed to open at 11am. The door was locked but the owner let us in and said she wasn’t open yet but let us in anyways?? The seats that we sat in were broken which seemed to be the same in all the booths around us. She brought our drinks and my glass had hard crusty food stuck on the inside 🤢. When I ordered fried rice I was told I couldn’t have it because she didn’t make it yet but I could get steamed rice, it was cold and hard when I got it so I felt like it was from the day before. She said there’s only a couple items that she would be willing to make for us, basically just chicken. My friend recommended us to eat at this place and it is the last time I ever go to this restaurant. If you’re going to put your business hours on the front door you need to be open and ready for service at that time. The restaurant itself needs a lot of maintenance and they need to double check that their dishes are clean. I was absolutely disgusted and barely ate or drank anything. Very disappointing.

Husband and I were looking for a place to go on February 15 for late Valentine's Day dinner... called at 6:30 p.m and the lady at the front says "I close now" like okay maybe you should update your time of closing instead of 9:00p.m. ..... this is not the first time this has happened 😐 definitely WILL NOT be back or even try.... we went to a place in Fernley, and let me tell you, it WAS the best and worth going the opposite direction!

I have visited Little Saigon several times now and each time my meal has been delicious. I have ordered the lunch special, dinner special, appetizers and my favorite dishes a la carte. The owner is always friendly when I go in and my orders are ready in 5-10 minutes, hot and fresh. I like the spicier dishes and they are perfectly seasoned with the zing I like. The Crab Rangoon is also delicious.

First time eating here. . . Won't be my last ! Good value, good food! I had a lunch special (pork) and it was filling...I'm use to "bigger meals" like AYCE sushi and whatnot...but this meal hit the spot! Not too bloated for the rest of the afternoon! I found the staff to be very nice and attentive. I was the only diner at the time (Tuesday at high noon) so not sure why that was the case. Maybe because they are in a "strip mall" and not very visible from the street? Anyway....I'll be back!!

(TLDR SOMEONE LIVES IN THE LOBBY) This place was awful. The lady running the counter was incredibly rude on the phone and in person. When we got there to pick up our order, the lobby looked like somebody was living in it. There was a cot, blankets, and a bunch of oxygen tanks for breathing with one set up for whoever sleeps there, and a booth that looked like someone was using it as a couch. Someone obviously lives in this restaurant and they don't even try to hide it. We took our food home and all of our appetizers were definitely old and chewy. When we opened up our food, something didn't smell right. Everything seemed a little off, but just like other reviews say here, the fried rice literally smelled like dog food. It was horrid, and I didn't dare take a bite, because it was obviously not good. The take out boxes also looked like they had motor oil and grease smeared all over the outside of them. I am not a picky eater, but we threw the food away because it smelled so nasty. I don't know where all these positive reviews are coming from, but if you want to order bad food from a mean lady who has somebody living in her restaurant, go ahead.
