Zaxby's

This is absolutely the worst Zaxby‘s or restaurant for that matter I have ever been to. I stood in front of the mike ordering for cars for 20 minutes and no one ever came on. Then, I went inside and placed my order. It was another 20 minutes before I got my salad. The salad sat on the top counter for at least 10 minutes before anyone came to give it to me. Once I got home, I was afraid to eat it because the lettuce was all wilted. I will never go back to the restaurant again.

I've been visiting this location for 6+ years for over hundred times, and tonight might be my last visit. I dont care waiting in line for 20 minutes because youre short staffed. I dont care if you ask what my order was at the window after 10 minutes. You can also run out of ingridents and ask to get alternative. But you cant straight lie about the price thats written right on the menu. I knew the price was different for boneless and traditional and I had to recheck if I was right because you just lie to me even without checking it. If you are new and didn't know that you should at least give an effort to see the menu and check it. I asked if thats correct three times. I feel bad because this restaurant used to bebetter than any other places around, and is now just like one of those. The food quality was declining but I still went for the good service. Now I cant find both so I guess thats it for me. You should feel ashamed.

Made my order online and was told to enter the lobby and pick up my order. When I got there the doors were locked. I called and was told to get in the drive thru line to pick up the order. The drive thru line was out into the street so I cut in. Once I finally got to the order speakers I was told there was only 2 people working and I would have to wait 4 minutes. Once I got my food it was stone cold because it was ready at the time it said it would be and by the time I was able to get it from them my food had been ready for an hour!!! If I had not already paid for it online I would have gone somewhere else to eat. This is not the first time the wait has been long
