The food was TERRIBLE!! We ordered our food via uber eats at 8:11 pm the food didn't arrive until 9:40 pm ( was suppose to arrive 8:55 pm) as the uber driver had to wait for the food. The food was extremely cold and tasteless! We ordered 2 chicken tender meals and one arrived as chicken crumbs. We ordered 2 tilipa meals one with Cole slaw, butter and blackened tilipa.The tilipa came supposedly lemon pepper (tasteless) no Cole slaw ( green beans) and wet bread. Very dissatisfied with the food.

My family and use to love this location. I went there is evening and spent $36.00 on some MESS. The fries were old and i don't know what this mess is that want to call fish. It definitely isn't the fish they use to have. AWFUL. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT REAL FISH. I'm never going back. I left a message for you all to contact me. I haven't been contacted.

22 minutes in the drive thru! Very slow workers. but that's not the chief complaint! the chief complaint is that I ordered the seafood feast which was supposed to come with Stuffed crab butterfly shrimp, fish, hush puppies and two large sides. I got 12 fish 12 hush puppies no shrimp, no crab but I did get two large sides. second major complaint is that six of the hush puppies look like they had a bite taken out of them. please see my pictures. I am thoroughly unhappy and paid 29.99 for the seafood feast for a pack of fish and hush puppies and I do not live that close so I was not driving back. Disgusted!!

Yesterday I was service with Thick gooey batter it was just disgusting. I went to return the food and the manager was very rude told me that they do not have control over the batter , how unprofessional and she said that's the way it is. Even if it did came that way I still didn't deserve no rude unprofessional comment and I never did receive I'm sorry we don't have good customer service out here anymore .she act like I did something to her yes if I don't want to eat something yes I should return it but I should not get no rude return service.
