Baskin-robbins

Very disappointed in the quality of Baskin-Robbins ice cream served here. My daughter and I agreed, it tastes stale and both ours came filled up with ice crystals. It tastes old and it's nasty. She got Mint Chocolate Chip, and she says the chocolate tastes stale. I got the Baseball Nut and the fruit swirl tastes old and the cashews are chewy and stale tasting. I'm sad now.

Would have given no stars. Pulled up at 8:50pm and they were drive through only so I went to the drive through and asked for 2 pints of gold medal ribbon, the lady on the speaker didn’t know what I was talking about so I repeated myself. She said “no, we don’t have that” I said “ok thank you” and began to drive. As i passed the window there was a lady standing on the other side flicking me off and dancing… unclear of what I did that warranted the finger in that scenario, especially for barely having any interaction at all.

This is a horrible location if you want what you specifically order. They love to give you any flavor but the one you requested, whether it be on UberEats or in person. I’ve tried both to give them the benefit of the doubt. They just don’t like to read or pay attention. Also, don’t expect one of the workers to speak to you during your whole transaction. He took my payment and gave me my card, incorrect order, and receipt without a word. He’s amazing.

I went to Baskin Robbins on Candler Rd. on 5/1/21 and I ordered a 3 Scoop Sundae and a Strawberry Shake. The guy with the Dreads made my order. It was (Disgusting). He scraped the Caramel out of the container because they were out of Caramel, and I had big blobs of Caramel in my Sundae which was gross. And the container had Caramel all on it from his gloves, I had to get napkins and clean it off. That was a waste of my $11.85 And the Milkshake had more Milk in it than Icecream. I played over the Sundae but I threw the Shake away. I would Never Ever go back to that place again. I would go to the grocery store and buy my own ingredients before I ever spend my money there again. That was the Worst experience I ever had at a Icecream Shop. I feel like Puking just thinking about it. Bad Customer Service. Horrible!!

Went for the Monday special ($1 medium coffee) and the app didn't work and nobody working there could help me or tried to help me. Ended up paying regular price and was told they didn't have changed so she kept my $.9 cents and without telling me until I checked my change and noticed it wasn't correct. I ended up paying more for the coffee than I should have. NO MONDAY SPECIAL FOR ME!!! 👎☹️
