Subway

I go to this location often normally it is fine, but today the meal that I have ordered once a week for the last meal rung up $4 more than normal. I pointed it out and was told that a 6" combo has always been $11.13, I told him that that is just a few cents short of a 12" combo. Realizing that he had no intention of ringing it up properly, I paid for my sandwich and left.

Ordered two subs two Fridays in a row through app. Both times there was only enough meat to for one sub for each sub. Idk if all subways have gotten stingy on meat but both Friday orders was disappointing. Do better there are a lot of people struggling and to be cheated out of the main ingredient is a loss!

Twice I ordered the Baja Turkey Avocado salad through GrubHub and both times they left off the Avocado, it's in the name! It's frustrating to pay fees and tip and not get what you ordered. GrubHub is great with refunding me the driver is unable to check the order as it is sealed anyway, I wouldn't what it opened. Subway should do the orders correctly.

I would not ever enter this place again. The manager is a law breaking person. I have a medical condition the prohibits me from being able to wear a mask and i do respect the 6' rule, so when I told him he said that I have to leave without service. That is against the law plan and simple. I will be contacting BBB and every other agency I can to report this discrimination of my medical situation.

The young attendant guy did a great job. I wish they are more kids like him in the service industry. However, there was an older lady who was working with him making his life miserable. She had a bad attitude and refused to teach him how to make a sandwich he wasn't familiar with. Shame on her, picking up a fight with a kid half her age. We, the customers don't want to hear screams and people yelling at each other. On top of that, they did not have the key for the restrooms. Poor management. That kid was trying his best to get the job done. It's a pitty that the owner does not care about providing a better service to customers.
