Poke Bar

So, my friend and I walked in to get a bubble tea—- NO ONE greeted us. The guy at the counter looked at us as if we were suppose to speak to him. Another person walked by the counter without speaking as well. Like, what ever happened to customer service? I won’t even speak on the artificial crab they had on display. We are happy at raging burrito. We were greeted as soon as we walked in…

me and my friends were here a couple minutes ago and they ordered two mango smoothies, keep in mind i heard both of them say “smoothies” and we had talked about getting smoothies the whole way there. Anyways we went to order and we all i got smoothies(i got pineapple but both of them got mango) after ordering the cashier/drink maker didn’t review what we had requested but none of us thought twice about it, Until, he gave us the drinks but there was only one smoothie(which was mine) but my friends drinks were normal tea. So we asked about it and th guys goes “you ddint order smoothies” and so my friend replied “i don’t think i ordered the tea” and the man simply walked away. I love the poke bar and customer service is always great, but beware of a young male server.

This is the best poke restaurant in the Atlanta area, and I have tried at least a dozen. Super fresh ingredients, generous portions, happy and helpful staff, and a wonderful owner who recognizes regulars with genuine joy. This is the only place my Japanese mom wants to visit when she comes to town, and her standards for sushi and rice are extremely high. This restaurant got me through the pandemic, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the quality food and customer service.
