First - couldn’t see drive through menu because the screen was so dark a cover on it like tinted windows plus sunshine block somethings on it, the burgers were okay at first-but after you get it home to reheat —it becomes too hard, only one minute heat. The bread the meat aweful!! Fries were good for a change. We can’t eat that anymore…

Don't go here staff is silly. Don't know how ring up orders correctly. I ordered cheeseburger combo and quarter combo.. combo is with fries and drink right.. I get order with only 1 fries but got 2 drinks..I take back to get fries. These people had nerve to say I didn't order combo but clearly I did. Wasn't about argue silly people fries. But I will blast on my media tho. Food was cold not fresh. Service horrible. Slow pace service.. go somewhere else pass this one by..

The line is always long, the young girl that works in the back booth is always rude, never smile, and snatches money out of your hand. I was also double charged here and was refused a refund for the extra charges. The manager Cornell was very rude never came to resolve the issue. He continued to yell and curse and told me what he wasn’t going to do. From the back never came to the front. He kept sending the employees to handle his business. So unprofessional and not sure why he’s a manager. The location needs better staffing and management as well. I have yet to here anything from corporate or management at this location.

Look... I don't eat McDonald's. Let me start by saying that. Every once in a red moon I'll get breakfast from them. If I have my choice it'll be literally anything else before McDonalds. So imagine me actually deciding to try a new item and receiving the poorest form of that item that can exist... Kinda solidifies my practice of not patronizing them, no? I tried their spicy chicken sandwich and what I received was disrespectful! If I wasn't deathly hungry I would have demanded my money back! I will say this, the times I have been here for breakfast the morning crew is great for the most part. They're energetic and accommodating and the manager seems like he's about his business! But this?! I can't abide! From now on, I'll definitely go behind them to the Burger King. At least there I'm getting what I pay for!

Ignorant and rude young black dude serving the food at the drive thru. He has tattoos with the taper fade and is absolutely miserable. Didn’t say a word and slammed the drive thru door because I asked him for ketchup and BBQ sauce. It is not my fault you work at McDonald’s. And I am not the one you take issue with. Take it out on your poor life choices or whoever it is hurting you. No wonder you can’t find a better job! You’d suck anywhere you go with your extremely negative energy. But his bum self has the nerve to be that nasty and ask my husband if he had a lighter when he was walking out so he can get High and temporarily forget about his poor life choices.
