Easily the very worst experience I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s. Extremely long wait in the drive through, they were busy so no biggie in my opinion. Order my food and the woman taking my order was very unfriendly. Arrive at the first window and pay, she hands me back my card and as I’m saying thank you just closes the window on me. Next window I receive my food and get an equally rude treatment from that employee. Get back to my hotel and my “Crispy Chicken sandwich” is burnt, it was so dark I initially thought they’d accidentally given me the spicy chicken sandwich. Chicken was burnt and so dried out it was inedible, my fries appeared to have black pepper on them which was odd. I know times are tough for the service industry and I’m a very patient, tolerant person but this was beyond the pale. Absolutely terrible experience all the way around and I’d recommend that everyone avoid this location.

They always get the order wrong no matter what it is. On 3/19/2022 at 12:45 I went through the drive-thru why. The man taking my order was rude, would not let me repeat my order back. The lady at the pay window would not talk, the guy at the food window was rude and told me to pull up to window 3 which already had 3 cars there waiting. So after about 25 minutes I finally got my order from another rude man. I ordered a shamrock shake and a #3 nothing complicated at all. So why did I get the wrong soda and wait so long? Man, I think this the last time I will go there.

Chicken nuggets were not hot and seemed like they had been sitting in the warmer awhile. They also would not honer my mobile order and my kids had to pay when they picked up food which I had paid already on the app bc they said my phone wasn't near restaurant but I ordered and paid for food on app and sent my kids to pick it up what's the big deal? Why can't someone pick up a paid for order ? They canceled online so I only paid once but then they had to wait for cold food I don't understand fix that on ur app please

Got our order wrong multiple times. Workers were rude. It was a chaotic night, I understand that, but you shouldn't take your frustrations out on your customers.

My so called deluxe chicken was more like 3 day old burnt bun with dried up bottom of the grease vat rubber chicken fried up in some nasty grease that ain't been cleaned or changed all week....wow!! McDonald's is usually on their game better than this. 😬😒

First time I have been to this McDonald's, I usually order lg Fry and a sundae cup full with tartar sauce. I pay extra for the tartar sauce $2.00, it's usually I get a a full size. But the mgr was racist and only filled it not even halfway. The mgr was black and he doesn't like white people. I won't go back to that McDonald's ever again.. there are racist out there so dont go to this McDonald's..

Food was typical McD, nothing special. The nice thing is they have kiosks so you can browse and order your food on your own. There are 4 kiosks plus the cashier.

Still going strong, minor mistakes, less poor attitudes from staff. Best it has been in my entire life. Have went to this McDonalds for 20 + years.
UPDATE for now: service has gotten better over the last 3 months. Way less mistakes, and staff is more respectful now. I believe a new manager is the reason.
I will leave a prior review. If service stays the same, I will return and delete the old one.. and increase to 5 stars. Keep up the good work.
People leaving 5 stars must have not went to this McDonald's often. 8/10 times something is wrong. Tonight I waited in 1 of 2 of the drive thru lines while 7 cars went through the other line. I said hello 3 times over 5 minutes. No response...after I said is anyone f....g there, someone says you don't have to curse sir. Yes that was my mistake...but over 20 years, this place can't get right. I only go here because it is close to home. For now on I will take the extra 10 minutes to drive somewhere else. Until us as the consumers step up and quit giving our money, they will continue to hire sub par help, and fail to train their employees. Same manager has been there since I was a teenager. I guess no one really cares about being polite or giving good service anymore. 100% will never return to this place.
