Stopped in for a late lunch. Special was brisket and it was probably the best I have ever had. Their white sauce is really good. Baked beans, macaroni, and peach cobbler were also really good. Their cornbread is a little sweet, which is how I like it, and I think they may butter and fry it a little. Will definitely come here again when I'm in the area!

This place is always great when I visit. The atmosphere in this place is great with lovely decor and nice outside patio area. When I come here I usually order the minis Moe's or the 4 rib plate. Today I ordered the 4 rib platter with black eyed peas mac and cheese and cornbread. It's always packed with flavor and the ribs are always juicy and tender. Mac n cheese of course was super cheesy and the black eyed peas have a blast of flavor if you're in town I definitely recommend you try them out

Its a little known secret, Moe’s in Decatur is an extension of Cook’s pest control museum… as long as you don’t get too close, you can watch the spiders come out of the hole and eat the flies from your table. So the food isn’t bad, but I do feel the spider webs and flies In the web are just a tad bit much for a dining expirence, and is evidently getting overlooked.

The food….everything I have tried…which is most of the menu…is delicious. It’s hard to pick a favorite but the latest item I tried was the jambalaya. Growing up in South Louisiana, I have had great jambalaya many times. The jambalaya at Moe’s was as good as it gets! I like all of the barbecue they have. I also like the shrimp Moe-boy, the cucumber slices, and the Mississippi Mud. The whole staff there is friendly. The Bushwhackers from the bar are fantastic! My wife and I enjoy our meals at Moe’s.

The fish and green beans were tasteless... The hushpuppies were over cooked and too dense... The portions were ridiculously small especially for the price! Way overpriced... The side servings were about a 1/4th of a cup... And I paid almost $20 for one plate... Won't be wasting my time and money again

They claim that their wings are the best around so I decided to try them. I ordered the wings with baked beans and potato salad. They also give you a piece of corn bread with this order, and I'm glad they did. The corn bread was delicious! The wings are decently sized, and not the small ones, but they aren't big either. The white sauce that comes with the wings was not that appealing to me personally. It tasted a little off with perhaps a bit too much of a mayonnaise flavor. The red sauce was decent and had a nice flavor with just a hint of spice, bit it was also a tad bit runny. A disappointment for anyone wanting to truly slather their wings with sauce, expecting it to stay on. Even so it didn't prevent me from getting the desired amount. The price was reasonable for two people at around 28 bucks after a standard tip. Overall I recommend coming here if you're in the mood for barbque. Not the best, but certainly up there as a solid contender.
