I had ordered a fried Cobb salad and it's the first time I've ever gotten one that the cheese was melted and lettuce was warm all the way through. Needless to say it didn't settle with me shortly after.

Amazing food and decent service, this location didn’t do so well for awhile and they often used to get orders wrong, but they’ve really improved! I recommend this location.

I should bring these nasty cold wings back that I just ordered and specifically said I would wait for fresh ones to be cooked. Nothing about em was fresh, cold dry n tasted horrible!! I stopped visiting this location a year ago bc of old cold food. I wont be back! I would be so embarrased if I gave out cold food, have some passion about ur job. Do better

I wouldn't recommend Zaxby's on Grant St. Go somewhere else or go home and cook. Barely any buffalo sauce on the wings and they were cold and tough as well as the fries. We even had to pull up and wait on the cold aweful food. The place has gone downhill.

Grilled Chicken in salad was cold. Boneless tenders were so dry and tough you couldn’t eat them. $25 wasted.
