My wife placed a door dash order at this location. When the door dasher arrived, the employees tried to lie and say that our order had already been picked up. They just didn't make our order because they didn't want to. Unfortunately for the employees, we still wanted our food. So, they ended up having to do their job anyway. This location needs to be completely restaffed.

I was disrespected upon entering the restaurant. The sign said " lobby now open" the manager said lobby is closed due to staffing. I said okay can I order and leave, she said if I want food go through the drive thru. I recommended she lock the door to save everyone time, she said I'm not doing that in a hateful way. I like Krystal and always try to stop. What was even more disturbing, I was in my military uniform. This was disappointing, considering I like to eat at Krystal and I've stopped more frequently after the company filed for bankruptcy to support them.

Horrible!!! I specifically said no onions due to me being allergic and instead they knocked the onions off the pre made sandwiches still leaving onions in which now I’m having hives. Should I go to the ER and sue Krystal’s on 6th ave for them intentionally trying to kill me? Plus I have the receipt and several videos and pictures
