Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered the "epic stuffed crust" a couple of days ago when we started eating it we realized the dough was only about half cooked, I called the girl I spoke to that night was super friendly took my name looked the order up and said they will replace it whenever. Tonight I called at 7:21 to schedule delivery for 9 (while on break) it's now 10 and still no pizza I have attempted to call back several times to see what's going on and get put on hold then eventually hung up on three different times. So horrible customer service raw food and a no show pizza! There aren't mistakes or "due to COVID" at this point it's just negligence to their customers and unbelievably bad customer service!!

Horrible customer service here. I ordered delivery about a week ago. My husband was the one that met the driver outside when they arrived. He didn't know what all I ordered so he didn't realize that we were missing several extra cups of sauces that we paid for & a 2 liter drink. Only a few minutes had passed since the driver left so I called the restaurant to see if they could contact the driver so he could bring us the rest of our order. The woman I spoke to on the phone was absolutely NO help. She kept asking us to describe the driver in more detail, but we only knew that it was a white male in a white or light colored vehicle. She said they only had a handful of drivers, but she couldn't figure out which one it was from our description. I asked her if she could call the drivers to figure out which one it could have been, but apparently that was too much to ask for. Then she just stayed quiet on the phone without offering any way to make things right. I asked if she could send another person out with our missing items. She hesitated at first, but finally agreed. Then she told me it would be "a while" before anyone could get out to us. Several hours later they closed for the night & no one had brought us our items. I get it, mistakes happen. But I expect places to make these things right one way or another. If there was no way to get anyone back out to us that night then she could have said that & offered to make things right the next day or whatever. Thinking back on the conversation, it was clear that she wasn't worried about making it right at all. She ignored my request to contact her drivers to figure out who had come to our house & might still have our missing stuff in their vehicle. Then she just stayed silent on the phone instead of offering solutions.. as if we should just call it a loss cause she didn't feel like fixing the mistake.

Waited two hours for the Food to taste weird, something was wrong with it for sure. Then the next day, got diagnosed with salmonella food poisoning after all I had was a papa John's pizza I ate for dinner and lunch (I refrigerated the left overs, and reheated in the oven, but the pizza tasted funny when I got it fresh. BBQ Chicken Pizza ) it tasted like the chicken or cheese was left out all day then refrigerated after going bad.
